โรงแรม 4 ดาว ในปัญจาบ อินเดีย

มีปัญหาเรื่องการบำรุงรักษา... เฟอร์นิเจอร์ริมสระว่ายน้ำชำรุด... มีเศษกระจกแตกกระจายอยู่ริมสระว่ายน้ำ... แจ้งพนักงานแล้ว แต่พนักงานก็แค่ถ่ายรูปและไม่เคยกลับมาทำความสะอาดอีกเลย... ลิฟต์มีแผงไม้ที่ยังไม่ได้ตกแต่งและขอบไม่เรียบ... สั่งอาหารในห้องซึ่งล่าช้า พอสอบถามพนักงานก็บอกว่าส่งอาหารไปที่ห้องอื่นแล้ว เพราะระบบล่มและบันทึกออเดอร์ไม่ถูกต้อง... เราได้รับบัตรห้องพักใบหนึ่ง แต่เมื่อขอบัตรอีกใบ พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าระบบล่ม ทำให้ไม่สามารถให้บัตรใบอื่นได้... ห้องพักเล็กมาก ต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่มสำหรับห้องที่ใหญ่กว่าเล็กน้อย สรุปแล้วจะไม่พักที่นี่อีก

What a beautiful stay I had at this wonderful hotel. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is. Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife. The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff. Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, the amenities, especially the pool, were not properly cleaned. The food at the in-house restaurant was just average, though it offered a good range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The staff were not very courteous, and the reception staff seemed uninterested in welcoming guests. Overall, it was an average experience. I would recommend this hotel only to those who are mainly looking for clean and comfortable rooms without expecting great service or amenities.

We stayed at this hotel just for one night. We were impressed by the facilities but unfortunately very disappointed because we forgot an item and the staff told us they could not find it, which was not true.

โดยปกติฉันถือว่าเครือโรงแรม ITC เป็นคู่หูการเดินทางที่ฉันชอบเพราะคุณภาพอาหารและการต้อนรับที่โดดเด่น ITC Fortune Inn Heritage Walk ไม่ทําให้ผิดหวัง ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมเพราะอยู่ห่างจาก Golden Temple, Jalianwala Baug, พิพิธภัณฑ์ Partial เพียง 5 นาที รสชาติและคุณภาพของอาหารนั้นยอดเยี่ยมเช่นเคย ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็ก แต่สะอาดมากและได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมกับโรงแรม ITC ฟอร์จูนอีกครั้ง สิ่งเดียวที่ต้องจําไว้คือ ย่านเมืองเก่าแออัดมากเกือบตลอดเวลา ดังนั้นอาจใช้เวลาอย่างน้อย 30 35 นาทีในการเข้าและออก

Excellent hospitality of mr sukhjinder singh at the front desk who is a go to person for all your needs and queries. The food quality is awesome and the buffet has a sufficient variety of food. Our stay experience is very good at this property.

The rooms were very good. Neat and clean and maintained very well. The staff is courteous and very good with their hospitality. The food there is amazing and served hot. The hotel is also well located. The Golden temple was a 15 min walk from the hotel. The only negative if I have to call out is the external presence of the hotel.. seems like just a building on the road. The reception is at Level 1 which required one to climb a few stairs.

The moment we reached, there were some small issues which I think the hotel staff should have addressed before hand. Like the exhaust in the wahroom was not working, the Air Con was not cooling well so we had to give them multiple follow ups to resolve while our stay. Other wise, the breakfast spread was nice, lot of food options and it was tasty as well. They made sure to serve the hot food, staff was also nice. They cater your special requests if you have while you dine your breakfast.
