Enjoyed my stay at Ramada. Service was great and the rooms were comfortable. Chose the hotel as it was near the Golden Temple making it very convenient to visit the holy place. Definitely worth the money spent . Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amritsar.

What a beautiful stay I had at this wonderful hotel. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is. Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife. The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff. Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

โรงแรมมีข้อดีและข้อเสีย แม้ว่าอาหารจะอร่อยและห้องพักสะอาด แต่ทําเลที่ตั้งก็ถูกทําลายโดยปัญหาการระบายน้ําในบริเวณใกล้เคียง การตกแต่งภายในและสระว่ายน้ําบนชั้นดาดฟ้านั้นยอดเยี่ยม แต่รังนกทําให้เกิดการรบกวน อย่างไรก็ตาม บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าก็ดี ทําให้การเข้าพักที่น่ารื่นรมย์มากที่สุด

มีปัญหาเรื่องการบำรุงรักษา... เฟอร์นิเจอร์ริมสระว่ายน้ำชำรุด... มีเศษกระจกแตกกระจายอยู่ริมสระว่ายน้ำ... แจ้งพนักงานแล้ว แต่พนักงานก็แค่ถ่ายรูปและไม่เคยกลับมาทำความสะอาดอีกเลย... ลิฟต์มีแผงไม้ที่ยังไม่ได้ตกแต่งและขอบไม่เรียบ... สั่งอาหารในห้องซึ่งล่าช้า พอสอบถามพนักงานก็บอกว่าส่งอาหารไปที่ห้องอื่นแล้ว เพราะระบบล่มและบันทึกออเดอร์ไม่ถูกต้อง... เราได้รับบัตรห้องพักใบหนึ่ง แต่เมื่อขอบัตรอีกใบ พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าระบบล่ม ทำให้ไม่สามารถให้บัตรใบอื่นได้... ห้องพักเล็กมาก ต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่มสำหรับห้องที่ใหญ่กว่าเล็กน้อย สรุปแล้วจะไม่พักที่นี่อีก

Value for money. Good location and excellent service. Will definitely stay again

พนักงานใจดีและเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก แต่ในวันแรกฉันมาถึงแต่เช้าตรู่เวลา 07:30 น หรือ 08:00 น ฉันคิดว่ามีผู้ชาย Mr Anuj ฉันถามเขาว่าเป็นไปได้ไหมที่จะตรวจสอบโรงแรมก่อนเวลาหรือไม่ เขาบอกฉันว่านั่งรอ 10 นาทีและหลังจากนั้น 10 นาที คุณอันนุชบอกฉันว่าห้องของคุณพร้อมแล้ว ฉันคิดว่าว้าว แต่หลังจากไม่กี่นาที คุณอันนุชบอกว่าฉันต้องจ่ายเพิ่มอีก 1500 สําหรับเช็คอินน์ก่อน จากนั้นฉันก็ออกจากโรงแรมแต่เช้าและกลับมาเช็คอินเวลา 16:00 น. แต่ฉันเข้าใจว่าฉันมาก่อนหน้านี้ดังนั้นจึงไม่เป็นไร แต่พนักงาน FO และพนักงานรูมเซอร์วิสทั้งหมดก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน แต่โดยเฉพาะผู้หญิงที่ทําความสะอาดห้องของฉันทุกวันฉันลืมถามชื่อของเธอ แต่เธอสื่อสารเก่งมาก ให้บริการที่ดีที่สุด ขอบคุณ

ฉันได้เข้าพักที่ยอดเยี่ยมที่ Regenta Place Amritsar ซึ่งบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยมและทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมทําให้ทุกอย่างแตกต่าง พนักงานโดดเด่นจริงๆ พวกเขาให้ความช่วยเหลือและช่วยเหลืออย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ ก้าวไปข้างหน้าเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าประสบการณ์ที่ราบรื่น ตั้งแต่การเช็คอินก่อนเวลาที่ไร้ปัญหาไปจนถึงการตอบสนองความต้องการใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในทันที ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาด และสะดวกสบาย เป็นการพักผ่อนที่ผ่อนคลายหลังจากวันแห่งการสํารวจ และห้องอาหารในสถานที่ให้บริการอาหารอร่อยพร้อมตัวเลือกมากมาย ทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกใกล้กับวัดทองและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสําคัญอื่น ๆ ทําให้การเดินทางรอบเมืองได้อย่างง่ายดาย ฉันขอแนะนําโรงแรมนี้สําหรับทุกคนที่กําลังมองหาที่พักที่เชื่อถือได้และมีคุณภาพสูงใน Amritsar

My 1st time in Amritsar and had a wonderful time at holiday inn hotel,the staff of the hotel was top notch and made me feel very comfortable and welcoming thanks to neeraj at the reception ..the rooms were huge and got upgraded to the deluxe room..special thanks to mr Raghav Sharma(Duty Manager)who went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and also to Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan at the resto who attended to all my needs very well..and for the help desk ppl all were very well…will definitely come back to Amritsar and will always stay at Holiday Inn..i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..and also this hotel should for sure get a 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

Superia Grand, the best hotel in the segment, excellent ambiance, excellent location,excellent food, cooperative staff, polite and humble, easy checkin checkouts, and even they upgraded mu room without any charge as a gesture , the location is at the best place in vip road zirakpur, all shopping areas are nearby, and highway to ambala delhi is connected. Over all i have a great experience staying here.
