FFaiza Mat SaaidHere’s a balanced, honest, and respectful review of Aryaduta Pekanbaru, focusing on your family experience and the issues you faced: ⸻ ⭐ Family Stay Review: Aryaduta Pekanbaru We recently stayed at Aryaduta Pekanbaru for a family trip, and while the hotel has a good location and a well-known brand, our experience was below expectations. 👥 Front Desk Experience The check-in process was disappointing. The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. For families, the strict check-in policy, room condition, and lack of staff attention made the stay less comfortable than expected. This review reflects our genuine experience, and we hope it helps the hotel improve and guides other travellers planning their stay.

My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for a family getaway.

KKevinChee520Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

ผผู้เข้าพักStayed for 5 days 4 nights here. Concierge staff and reception were excellent. Hotel building is pretty dated and full of wear and tear. Water dripping from ceiling and caused wetness on floor, got worried, called and texted to their WhatsApp but no response, so waited at least half hour to send technician over. Spa massage was neither good nor value for money, 2x price from what you can get in SKA shopping mall. Housekeeping was great, managed to get some good nights sleep here

KKoshigabThe hotel is situated in a fantastic location. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job. Overall, I was very pleased. A special shoutout to Menda from the front office, who was always wonderful and greeted us with a lovely smile.
