The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. Good hotel, I stayed for 2 night for business trip, and during ramadhan. The hotel provide earlier breakfast for those who want to do fasting. It's also clean, next to it is a shopping mall, convenience to shop and dine out.

To go hotel in Pekanbaru - I stayed at Fox Hotel Pekanbaru and was impressed by the hotel’s overall quality. The room was well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. Service was efficient—staff members were attentive and quick to assist with any request. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to access nearby attractions and dining options. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips. As the hotel is connected with Pekanbaru Exchange, its offer a good place to wrap your night with some movie time in cinema and going back to hotel for rest

Nice, clean and cozy room. Duri being a relatively small suburb, so not many hotels around, but you cannot go wrong with Grand Zuri Duri Hotel.

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
