Lo que no nos gustó es que la cafetería no está abierta por la mañana y te obligan a hacer un desayuno de 20 € cuando yo en realidad solo quiero un café con leche. La camas solo tienen enchufe a un lado, por lo tanto lo representa no puede cargar su móvil ni nada .

Nice setting. The rooms are in a new building and you don't get to see any of the original sections unless you join a tour. I did not join the tour so cannot comment. But overall not so much to see. Honestly slight disappointment for a ”castle” stay

We travelled with a group of friends, we booked two double rooms and had a nice time , it has a great location with lots of places to eat and bars nearby also walking distance from the cathedral and the hotel is pretty clean and with comfy beds, I totally recommend it.

อยู่ในสถานีรถไฟ โลเคชั่นดีมาก ห่างไกลมาก โรงแรมสร้างตามราง ทางเดินยาวมาก ชั้นแรกมีห้องพักมากกว่า 100 ห้อง ชั้นบนและชั้นล่างผิด จําเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนลิฟต์ ใช้เวลาเดินหนึ่งกิโลเมตรเพื่อหาห้องและออกไปสูบบุหรี่ หากคุณขี้เกียจเข้าไปอย่าคิดที่จะออกไป อาหารเช้าเยอะมาก บริกรเยอะ ยกเว้นเดินมากเกินไป ไม่มีอะไรผิดปกติ

Habitación amplia , muy calentita , y buena relación calidad precio, instalaciones mejorar o arreglar el spa y mantenimiento del gym , no hay colchonetas para estirar y varias máquinas en reparación

Our second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!. The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025.

Hotel espléndido de 4*. Ubicación magnífica a poco minutos del transporte público que te lleva al centro o a un paseo a pie. Nuestra habitación parecía de tipo familiar, con sala de estar con sofá cama y dos habitaciones dobles con baño en suite. La higiene era fantástica, con agua en la nevera y cápsulas de café con cafetera tipo “nespresso” de cortesía. Aire acondicionado independiente en cada estancia. Sin duda volvería a reservar si tuviera que repetir viaje. Muchas gracias a los trabajadores por su amabilidad y sonrisa siempre presente en la cara.

Perfecto hotel con desayuno rico, muy relajante spa. Situado en el centro La gente de recepción son muy amables

Big room big toilet, very clean and get one person free breakfast (go green for no room cleanness service one night)

La ubicación es inmejorable. El parking muy importante también aunque las plazas son un poco estrechas.
