ฉันพักที่โรงแรมเมอร์เคียว ลอนเซสตันเป็นครั้งที่สอง โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากใจกลางเมืองเพียง 5 นาทีเมื่อเดินเท้า และมีที่จอดรถฟรีซึ่งสะดวกมาก วิวสวนสาธารณะในเมืองจากหน้าต่างสวยงามมาก ทันทีที่คุณออกไปข้างนอก คุณสามารถมองเห็นทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามของเมืองในช่วงปลายฤดูใบไม้ร่วง ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่น่าประทับใจ ห้องพักของโรงแรมไม่ใหญ่นัก แต่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบถ้วนและสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย มีของต่างๆ มากมายในมินิบาร์ และราคาก็ไม่แพง คุณจึงซื้อได้โดยไม่ต้องคิดมาก อาหารเช้าต้องชำระเงิน คุณสามารถรับคูปองส่วนลด 15% เมื่อคุณเข้าพักในโรงแรม รสชาติดีและราคาสูง

As an international brand, I don't think this Crown Palace is qualify during my staying experience. I'm checking in on 25th Dec, understand that is holiday so no other restaurants open so we decided to have dinner at The Core restaurants. We arrived at around 19:40 and finished order at 20:00, however the food just arrived after 40min after I chased at 20:35 even the 6pcs oysters. On 26th, I have ordered 2 bottles of water at around 00:00 for my kid before sleep, however it was not arrived until next day. I was just check out & back to hotel lobby (4/F) for toilet. And found a male staff going to female toilet for cleaning after me. I was shocked & scare so I come out and going to the unisex one. When I approached FO counter & mentioned I'm quite scare. But the female staff just told me that was normal and just simply appologize without any explanation. To be honest, that's really unacceptable & never come back.

Iron Creek Bay estate has been the best accomodation so far in our journey. Amazing view of the lake, fruits that you can pick up for free and amazing service. 5 stars!

ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกสบายมาก ทุกอย่างอยู่ในระยะเดินถึง พนักงานมีความจริงใจ เป็นมิตร และจัดการได้ดี ทั้งห้องพักและห้องน้ำสะอาดมาก นอกจากนี้ฉันยังประทับใจกับเครื่องปรับอากาศแบบแยกส่วนในห้อง ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก

We strongly recommend the hotel authority to add a microwave oven to the room. If not possible, at least keep an alternative. The attitude of receptionist was not that much satisfactory. We expect a good attitude from them. The standard of toilet/bathroom is advised to improve. Overall, good stay.

ตามที่คาดไว้ พนักงานและบริการดีเยี่ยม เดินทางสะดวก บรรยากาศสบายๆ และเป็นกันเองเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นๆ ที่ฉันเคยไปมา ไปมาสองครั้งแล้วหลังจากได้ราคาห้องพักสุดคุ้มและคุ้มค่ากับการเข้าพักด้วยวิวทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงาม (ขึ้นอยู่กับที่ตั้งของห้องพัก) มีอาหารให้เลือกหลากหลายทั้งแบบสบายๆ ราคาไม่แพงที่ Boardwalk Bistro และร้านอาหารระดับบน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีเยี่ยมในทำเลเดียว เมื่อไม่นานนี้ ครอบครัวของเรามีโอกาสได้พักในห้อง Tower Bay View Suite ที่ Wrest Point Tower Hotel ตั้งแต่วินาทีที่เรามาถึง พนักงานโรงแรมก็ให้การดูแลและเอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างดี พวกเขาไม่เพียงแต่เป็นมืออาชีพแต่ยังเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ทำให้การเข้าพักของเราสนุกสนานยิ่งขึ้น ห้องสวีทนั้นสะอาดหมดจด โดยใส่ใจทุกรายละเอียด ความสะอาดอยู่ในระดับสูงสุด ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญเสมอเมื่อเดินทางกับเด็กๆ อย่างไรก็ตาม จุดเด่นของการเข้าพักของเราคือวิวอ่าวที่ไม่มีสิ่งกีดขวางจากห้องสวีทของเราอย่างไม่ต้องสงสัย มันน่าทึ่งมากจริงๆ และเป็นฉากหลังที่เงียบสงบให้กับการเข้าพักของเรา เด็กๆ ต่างหลงใหลในทิวทัศน์และมันทำให้วันหยุดของเราพิเศษยิ่งขึ้นไปอีก สรุปแล้ว การเข้าพักของเราที่ Wrest Point Tower Hotel เกินความคาดหมายของเราในทุก ๆ ด้าน การผสมผสานระหว่างทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงาม ห้องสวีทที่ไร้ที่ติ และพนักงานที่เป็นเลิศทำให้การเข้าพักของเราเป็นที่น่าจดจำอย่างแท้จริง เราแทบรอไม่ไหวที่จะกลับมาและขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้อย่างยิ่งสำหรับทุกคนที่กำลังพิจารณาเข้าพักในบริเวณนี้

Fantastic trip and fantastic service at the Hilton Double Tree. Rooms and service were top-notch. Support from staff was fantastic too. My daughter hurt her foot in the pool and they sent her a little note and bar of chocolate which made her day - above and beyond. Our only complaint was the breakfast buffet was pretty average and with Hobart being such a vibrant bustling city of beautiful food they need to up their game. Everything was ok and a decent selection, however the hot food section was pretty poor and the sausages were like cardboard. Kids loved the cereal and fruits on offer so that was a bonus.

Lovely room, service and breakfast. Great Heritage Hotel convenient parking great facilities and location. Friendly staff. Had biscuit with coffee free in rooms a lovely toiuch most hotels used to do that so nice the hotel still is. Good comfy beds, bathroom and toiletries excellent. Highly recommended this hotel. Nice wine bar at night. Lovely china and a delightful sitting room.

Clean, quiet, very easy check-in and out process. Good location, close to hotels and restaurants. Ample parking. Very well equipped kitchenette. Good value for money! We didn't use the gym, sauna or guest laundry but good to know they are there. I'd be more than happy ro stay here again.

The location is great, so close the harbour front. The staff encountered during our stay, were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The housekeeping staff were lovely, though we found that our room must have been low in priority. We found it still being cleaned when we returned mid-afternoon one day, and not yet cleaned the following day, around the same return time. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. Thank you.
