ฉันคงไม่พักในอักราเกินหนึ่งวัน และโรงแรมนี้เหมาะมาก ห้องพักของเราสะอาด สะดวกสบาย และเงียบสงบ ห้องน้ำอาจต้องปรับปรุงบ้าง แต่ก็สะอาดดี เราทานอาหารที่ห้องอาหารบุฟเฟ่ต์ทั้งเย็นและเช้า อาหารสดใหม่และหลากหลายสมกับที่เป็นโรงแรมระดับนานาชาติ ทำเลที่ตั้งก็โอเค แต่เราไปอักราเพื่อชมป้อมปราการและทัชมาฮาล ไม่ใช่เที่ยวชมเมืองที่แออัดและวุ่นวายเกินไป เหมือนกับที่อื่นๆ ในอินเดีย พนักงานจะขอทิปบ้าง แต่ก็ไม่ใช่เรื่องน่ารำคาญอะไร

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. A special thanks to the manager, who graciously accommodated my late check-in without any hassle—such flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with everyone genuinely eager to assist. If you're looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding service and a personal touch, this hotel is an absolute must-visit!

My stay at ITC Mughal, Agra was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The beautiful Mughal-style architecture, gardens, and peaceful atmosphere added to the experience. The spa was relaxing, and the food, especially at Peshawri, was delicious. Plus, the hotel is close to the Taj Mahal, making it a great place to stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning hotel in Agra :) Nearby Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal view from all the rooms if no mist. All the staff offer a warm welcome and excellent service.

Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.

A Fantastic Stay and Exceptional Service! The hotel is stunning, with beautiful rooms and a high standard of cleanliness. The territory is a perfect place to relax, and the swimming pool is magnificent—the best spot to unwind. I also loved the restaurant; the food was delicious with an impressive variety of options. Property was neat and clean though it was old but well maintained Food is good Overall with this price tag, it's good to book here All famous markets nearby within 1-2 km. Near the metro station which connects the airport.
