A well located 5* hotel close to a beach and within walking distance of the old town centre. Breakfast had a wide choice of food and our evening meal there was delicious.

I loved this hotel very much! The room was clean and new. It was situated at the perfect location which enjoys the best view of Split while you can reach the old town/castle within 15min by walking along the beautiful ocean side. I was really amazed by their breakfast. The hotel service was very good too. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was granted a late check-out at 1pm upon request :) Highly recommend this hotel to visitors of Split!

Ein perfekter Ort zum sein, genießen und entspannen. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer, eine Gast- und Herzlichkeit, die man selten findet, moderne große und mit allem ausgestattete Zimmer, ein traumhafter Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer, die Inseln und in einem phantastischen Sonnenuntergang. Romantik pur. Köstliche, frische Speisen zum Frühstück und Abendessen, großzügige Poolanlagen laden zum Verweilen mit Blick auf das adriatische Meer ein! 5 Sterne zurecht!

This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. 服務非常好，尤其前台非常的熱情，而且前台在辦理入住時還會關心客人退房當天是否能趕上用早餐。由於我們回程預訂的早航班，來不及在酒店用早餐，前台特意為每位住客準備了一兜子早餐方便攜帶到機場用餐，非常貼心。酒店設施也非常新，洗漱間明亮寬敞，淋浴也非常的不錯。唯一美中不足的是房間裏會有不少的小螞蟻🐜出沒….. 當看到螞蟻在你眼前溜達時，有點意外也有點不太舒服。我估計當地的其他酒店可能也會有螞蟻吧…估計酒店也沒有什麼好辦法…但畢竟是家五星級酒店，還是應該想辦法解決這個問題。酒店地理位置超級棒呢，去老城區的幾個景點步行幾分鐘就能到達，晚上在老城市中心逛街也非常方便，衝著這麼好的地理位置，下次去還會預訂這家酒店哈。

Great location, good equipments, very nice view from the restaurant and pool, good service, good breakfast, staff is nice. The hotel is a bit overpriced for the size, comfort and view of the room. Drinks and meals are also expensive. Prices are unreasonably high all around the city actually.
