An absolutely stunning hotel! The experience was flawless from start to finish. The menu is refined and delicious, and the service is beyond exceptional with a highly trained, kind, and attentive staff at all times. The bathrooms were spotless, and the towels wonderfully soft. I truly enjoyed my two day stay here and will definitely come back soon.

Transport not so convinced need to bring your own car more comfortable. Yummy food in hotel and pet friendly I recommend

Location of hotel was fantastic , very near the train station . Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also good . Will stay here again if visit the city .

I booked with Trip.com and chose the wrong dates. Upon asking the hotel staff to change it I was informed that trip.com did not allow it and vice versa. I am a business and leisure traveller who travels at least 15 times a year. My business on *********** has never had such a problem. Never using this service again.

We were very impressed by Postilion Bunnik. The staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice sunny terrace, the room was well cleaned and with good sized comfortable bed and the breakfast very good was almost perfect ( Ps they do have a new vegetarian breakfast policy so I missed the bacon and real sausages). All in all a great stay.

Excellent service and room was clean. Big TV, fridge to cool my own goods and very comfortable bed. Safe in the room and wi-fi quite good. Storing my suitcase after checkout in reseptionist controlled room and not just a room everyone can enter is a big plus. Simple breakfast that would need a better selection. Locked entrance after a late business dinner and no response ringing the door bell was the only negative experience. Needed to make a phone to get the door opened.

アウエハンツ動物園まで歩いてすぐなので、泊まりました。朝ごはんが8時からというのは、少し遅く思いました。しかし、朝ごはんの焼きたてパンや絞りたてジュース、ジャム等素晴らしい！美味しくいただきました。 夕飯も、いただきましたが、カルパッチョや加熱していないメニューが多く、牛肉の串焼きが、オーダー後に、ないと言われてショックでした。また時間がかがりました。 夕飯は近所のもう一軒のお店が、良いと思います。ただ英語表記はそのもう一軒にはないです。 当初あるかと思った、 ルームサービスも見当たりませんでした。 一階(日本でいえば二階)の部屋は、 土曜夜１０時過ぎても、階下のレストランなのか、騒音がすごくて眠れませんでした。 二階以上をリクエストすべき。 あと二人部屋だと朝食も二人を選ぶことになるので、現地で一人分支払ったところ、毎朝名前を聞かれて、ちょっとショックでした。 このへんのオペレーションを、もう少しスムーズにされたら良いと思いました。 フレンドリーで、明るくて、 良いホテルです。騒音と朝ごはんの記録だけが問題でした。 おすすめです！
