There is plenty of parking, but the hotel itself can be quite busy because it accommodates tour groups. The location is excellent—right next to the hotel there is a small waterfall and a nature trail that leads directly down to the town. Both breakfast and dinner were good, and the room was decent.

The hotel has a great location and the standard double was great. The bed was really comfy; the bathroom was small but warm and clean. I'm fussy about products but the shampoo was good. (A super fast hairdryer also came with the room plus an umbrella if you needed to borrow one) The breakfast had everything you could need and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I also used the gym and sauna. All good 😊

Nice hotel very near to all the iconic places in Alesund ! Good to book room with a view . Breakfast is excellent with ample choices . Hotel staff are providing great services with smiles 👍！ We enjoyed our stay . Hlghly recommended

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดีเยี่ยมใกล้กับศูนย์ข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยวภูเขาอัสกาลาและท่าเรือข้ามฟาก รถบัสสนามบินจากสนามบินจอดตรงหน้าโรงแรม จึงสะดวกมากสําหรับนักเดินทางที่มาถึง /departing โดยเครื่องบิน นอกจากนี้ยังมีร้านอาหารและห้างสรรพสินค้าขนาดเล็กในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ได้รับมอบหมายให้ห้องที่หันไปทางทิศตะวันตกจึงสามารถมองเห็นพระอาทิตย์ตกที่สวยงามได้จากห้องพัก

Hotel location is really good. Easy to reach many restaurants. The service is very impressive . My friend just recognized at the airport that he forget his wallet and the reception managed very well to deliver it to us before our departure.

We were given a handicap room without asking for it, and when I asked for the swap, I was only told that there are no other rooms available. For one night, it was OK, but never received any offer for the 2 next nights. I sent an e mail to the support, but no answer was received. The breakfast was not the same as before and the quality was much better before 2023.

Mein Zimmer war sauber und hatte sogar eine kleine Aussicht auf den Fjord. Die Lage des Hotels ist genial und das Personal überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück war zwar eher klein gehalten, aber qualitativ super. Einziger kleiner Makel: Im Badezimmer hat es leicht nach Abfluss gerochen, was aber nicht weiter tragisch war.

Hele goede plaats, mooi hotel, goed ontbijt. Alleen heel spijtig dat in de zomer de kamer veel te warm was. (Geen airco)
