Beautiful Spanish style hotel located in the hills next to Toledo. Great place to hang out at the veranda and watch the sunset sets over the city. The room are large and comfortable. Easy access with heaps of parking spaces. Worth it.

Las instalaciones de 10, la restauración del castillo excelente, las habitaciones con encanto y su cortesía. Volveré

Everything was great especially the view and access to the center of Cuenca. The only problem is they charge 25 EUR per day for parking. Which you will end up with because it is very hard to park on the streets as there always are cars there. You have a museum beside the hotel too which was great

En recepción nos atendieron de diez personal muy amable, nos dieron habitación antes de las 15h. Solo por poner alguna pega falta de artículos de aseo como esponja para zapatos ,zapatillas de ducha o agua de cortesía o cafetera , he comprado que es más habitual en otros países

Fue un excelente hotel las personas que atienden prestan un servicio muy bueno son muy amables el hotel es acogedor tiene calefacción y está muy bien equipado para el invierno, compré mi estadía con desayuno incluido y estaba muy completo

雖然有一些小缺憾，但是還是要給這家酒店滿分。 無敵的風景，寬大的房間和洗手間，風景滿分的陽台和淋浴間——是的，淋浴間也能完全無遮擋地看到城堡，就像一幅畫一樣。員工也親切友好，尤其是餐廳的一位女士，我們不想浪費，就徵求意見把早餐套餐裏的奶酪火腿帶走，她非常友好地幫我們打包並且貼心地加了兩衹麪包——這在我們趕路的時候幫我們省去了一頓晚餐。 説説缺憾：第一，沒有燒水壺，也沒有咖啡機；第二，沒有免費瓶裝水（上一家Parador有一瓶）；第三，沒有面巾紙。這些我覺得是可以迅速改進的，也花不了太多成本。還有一個，衹能是永遠的缺憾了：那麼大的衞生間，大到可以開party了，卻沒有設計浴缸。想象一下，泡在浴缸裏看城堡…… 不過瑕不掩瑜，還是強烈推薦！以後有機會一定會再來！

We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

El hotel es fantástico, limpio, habitaciones amplias, cama y almohadas confortable y con bares y restaurantes cerca . A unos 10 minutos del centro con un agradable y tranquilo paseo. Con buena zona de aparcamiento. Sin duda repetiré si vuelvo a Ciudad Real.
