The night receptionist (very tall, young man) was very helpful. He solved all the issues and tried to help me. This was very good point. I thank you again for him. But the facility , room and breakfast was not good. I am sorry to say this but I stayed in better condition hotels with less price until now in Uzbekistan. So I can't say it was nice stay here. But the workers were good.

We had a pleasant stay at this guesthouse. Its location was excellent, with many tourist attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The owner were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

☺️Things to enjoy: Location: literally 30 seconds away from the pedestrian walking street. Registan is just 10 mins away. Breakfast: it's not a buffet and you can't choose, but they cook you 2 home-made dishes (they differ every morning): could be pancakes with jam and fruits + another dish with meat. Staff: nice people, will help with anything they can. People from all over the world stay there: always nice to chat. 👀 What to watch out for: Rooms are quite old, and the carpet on the floor wasn't really clean, so I couldn't do my regular stretches. Towels smelled of mustiness (I guess bc they don't have a dryer). Rooms windows face the inside yard, so it's always way too dark in the rooms. No water bottles / tea / coffee provided in the room, no kettle, fridge, safe box in the room There isn't really a typical hostel / hotel common space to comfortably sit and chat - only this inside yard, but not sofas or room to play board games or comfortably sit.

More like an Uzbekistan family Homestay experience than a hostel. Made friends with the girls that I stayed in the same room with :) Walking distance (20 mins) to Registan Square. They have a cute puppy called Charlie 🐶 who loves petting and is super friendly. Owner is super kind and helpful too (he speaks good English), he worked up to help me get a Taxi at 3am as my Yandex Go (e-hailing) app is not working 🥲 I would say, to manage expectations as it would be an experience where you live in a local family home instead of a luxurious accommodation.

This guest house is a wonderful budget-friendly option in Samarkand. It’s conveniently located near the city center, only about 2 km from Registan Square and other major attractions, making it very easy to get around. The room rates are affordable, with options for 2 or 4 guests, which is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host is incredibly kind, gentle, and always willing to help with anything you need. One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast prepared by the family — generous, delicious, and offering a wide variety of dishes each morning. For easier navigation or when booking a taxi, it’s best to search for “Bilol Hotel” on Google Maps. Wishing this lovely guest house continued success and many more happy guests in the future!

優點:1.位置優越。距離雷吉斯坦廣場步行大約十五分鐘。2.前台小哥服務不錯，沒有電梯，拿行李上上下下，熱情周到。3.三樓有個觀景平台，有沙發桌子，適合休閑遊旅客。缺點:1.房型不標準，大床房空間有大有小。沒房了給我三人間，床的寬度目測0.8米。2.前台沒有pos機，預付擔保金也不能抵扣房費，衹能用現金付款。

โรงแรมยอดเยี่ยม ห้องพักอบอุ่น เตียงนอนกว้างสบาย ห้องน้ำหรูหรา มีแชมพู ไดร์เป่าผม และชุดแปรงสีฟัน ภายในห้องมีตู้เซฟ อุปกรณ์ชงชาและกาแฟ กาต้มน้ำ และเครื่องปรับอากาศ อาหารเช้าประกอบด้วยไข่คน ไส้กรอก โจ๊ก ชีสคอทเทจ เนื้อเย็นและชีส มะเขือเทศและแตงกวา ขนมปังสองชนิด เนย แยม มัฟฟิน ชา และกาแฟ บริการยอดเยี่ยม ตอบสนองทุกความต้องการได้อย่างรวดเร็วทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือหน้าต่างและประตูมองเห็นลานบ้าน และการเก็บเสียงไม่ดี ทำให้ได้ยินเสียงข้างนอกได้ชัดเจน และในทางกลับกัน โดยรวมแล้วทุกอย่างยอดเยี่ยม

We had a great stay at Muhayyo Guest house. The owner was very helpful. We asked to drop off our luggage before the check-in time but our room was already ready at 12pm so we could rest a bit before sightseeing. Our room was very spacious with a Balcony and a big private bathroom. Everything was clean, towels and amenities were provided, even a big water bottle. The guest house is a bit far from the city center so it is better to take a taxi or transport to get there but it is pretty close to the bus station. We were also allowed to leave our bags after checkout so we could easily explore some more. The only downside of our stay was that we were facing the main road so it can sometimes be noisy but that didn’t bother our sleep. Overall a very nice place to stay, I highly recommend it!

ท่อระบายอากาศของเครื่องปรับอากาศมักจะมีเสียงดังในเวลากลางคืน อาจมีแมลง สัตว์เลื้อยคลาน หรือนก ตื่นขึ้นมาเจอเสียงดัง 4-5 ครั้งในตอนกลางคืน การโทรหาพนักงานก็รับมือไม่ได้เช่นกัน เพราะห้องเต็มและหาต้นตอของเสียงไม่เจอ พนักงานชายหนุ่มในตอนเย็นพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ที่จะช่วยเหลือและขอโทษ แต่ทัศนคติของพนักงานชายที่อายุมากกว่านั้นกลับเฉยชา ไม่อาจรับมือได้ เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น ฉันหวังว่าจะเช็คเอาท์ช้ากว่านี้ เพราะนอนไม่ค่อยหลับ คงช้าแค่ชั่วโมงเดียว พนักงานชายที่อายุมากกว่าก็กลับมาเป็นพนักงานชายอีกครั้ง โดยไม่ขอโทษใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น เพียงแต่บอกว่าเขาเช็คเอาท์ช้ากว่านี้ไม่ได้แล้ว
