I was really tired from 13 hour flight when I got to ATL. Took a shuttle to the domestic terminal where hotel shuttles were. Driver took me to the right hotel (apparently there are multiple holiday inns near the airport).
My room was really nice, bed was soft and smelled fresh. Breakfast was really good too. Staff were really kind and friendly.
I'd recommend this hotel to my friends.
The air conditioner was very loud as tho it was going out .. housekeeping knocked continuously at the door at 10:00 am to ask if I was checking out when check out time was 11 am .. I found that to not be professional as I had my alarm set for 10:30 and to have continuous knocking on the door is disturbing to me..

ผผู้เข้าพัก我去的時候剛好是 St Patrick’s Day 節日,一年一度旅遊旺季,酒店比平時貴了約300元。酒店不配置早餐、拖鞋,這裏附近可以找到吃的。這裏離開機場打車要67美元(約490人民幣)
BBeatrixurTiene conexión gratuita con el aeropuerto. Desde las llegadas de internacional hay autobús gratuito hasta la terminal de vuelos domésticos, donde coges el traslado hasta este hotel. El personal es muy agradable y te ayudan en lo que necesites. El único punto peor es que las habitaciones están descuidadas y necesitan mantenimiento.

ผผู้เข้าพักWhat’s funny I didn’t stay at this Hotel in the dates of the 7 and 8 due to at this point I feared for my safety. I accidentally booked to earlier that day due to my job assignment had changed.
But then they reassigned me to area so I rebook and was told I couldn’t cancel previously booking which I understand but since I had been a customer for week now I was still staying so I was confused of why the matter couldn’t be resolved better than it was through the Management telling me rules are rules and now I would of had to pay for 2wice for the same room because of Rules
WOW okay.
So now I can tell my friends AMD family don’t look or e spect Red-roof to be a Great Costumer Service experience.
O I actually slept in my truck that night due to not knowing the outcome of this situation between me and the management at this red roof location.
It so so sad due I Neva complained of the roaches and dirty bathrooms I had to reclean each time I stay there and the constant people knocking on the fire cause the drug dealers ruin the hotel in this area
And even their on Redroof representatives couldn’t convince this location to work me that day
But they will not have to worry about this Guy booking Red-roof AGAINS
