The hotel is just next to a train station and one train station away from the West Station towards Center. So very conveniently located.
The reception desk is staffed 24/7 and staff is friendly and helpful. The reception area has enough space for you to work on computers and charge electronic equipments while waiting. WiFi is good.
The room is basic and clean. But it offers almost bare amenities (two towels, paper cups, and shower gel) as an hotel. No hair dryer. No tea bags. the only way to get hot water is to go back to ground floor reception area. That’s the main dislike I have.
Great location, close to the very walkable Nowy Świat avenue which leads all the way to the Old Town. Facilities were very clean and quite nice. One complaint - walls are thin, so you will be hearing noise from the main corridor (where the reception desk lies) and adjacent rooms.
Ibis hotels always deliver what they promise. I stayed in a few different countries in their hotels and always you get what you pay for. As this was my last minute booking I chose the cheapest option (one star rating). The check in was fast snd receptionist was very kind and gave me a room on a peaceful side of the building. Room is pretty simple but you get what you pay for: clean bed, shower and toilet room with soup and body wash, a couple of glasses and that’s about it. Anyway, I had a good sleep and check out is easy - just drop your key card in a box at the exit.
Nice Ibis Bugget hotel with functional rooms, near the river and not far from the centre
Staff was friendly and helpful, spoke English and gave us some sighseeing advice
Parking is not free,so i found parking nearby
Will stay again,totally recommended

ผผู้เข้าพักEverything was just so-so, but it was cheap after all, so it was okay overall. There was a bed, a shelf and a mirror in the room. There was a shared toilet and bathroom outside. The washbasin was very small and it was not very convenient to wash up.
MMilkyMeowI arrived at Dom Sofiia around 5 AM — the 24/7 reception was a big plus. A very kind and helpful lady at the front desk welcomed me and made check-in easy. The hostel is basic, but you get what you pay for — this is one of the cheapest places in Warsaw, so be prepared for a mixed crowd. The bed was clean and fresh, with soft pillows, and I slept well. The bathroom was also clean and without any issues. Overall, a solid choice for the price.
