It was very cold room wil only warm water, not hot water at all and room temperature about 15C, the thermostat does not work at all!!

There was no heating and it was not fixed during my stay, the receptionist guy told that that may have heating problems on 1st and 6th floors.

I arrived at Dom Sofiia around 5 AM — the 24/7 reception was a big plus. A very kind and helpful lady at the front desk welcomed me and made check-in easy. The hostel is basic, but you get what you pay for — this is one of the cheapest places in Warsaw, so be prepared for a mixed crowd. The bed was clean and fresh, with soft pillows, and I slept well. The bathroom was also clean and without any issues. Overall, a solid choice for the price.

The location is great. The room is clean, but there are some dirts on the bed sheet and blanket. The toilet... First of all there's only 1 toilet at each floor, not separated into male and female toilet. Also, no body wash nor shampoo is provided, while most hostels provide at least 2in1 body wash+shampoo. And it's quite dirty. The basket in the shower is full of dirts, I wouldn't place anything there. All in all, it's price worthy, but I would pay more for another one.

Flat with 4 bedrooms. Has only one toilet & one shower cabin. Each of them - of 'kinder'-size. To wash face or to brush teeth - guests use kitchen basin. No TV sets. No smoke detectors - some guests break one of the basic rules, smoke inside! By the way, I had an impression that at least two rooms in the flat (and on the neighboring one as well) are occupied by refugees. Another strange thing: it's not Gorskiego 5 - the street has different name!

Месторасположение идеальное. Комната была чистая ,убранная, то что я и хотела. Все мои комментарии были учтены. Информация была прислана за день! Вай фай работал изумительно. Было тихо и комфортно. Даже был балкон! Также было тепло в декабре. Прлотенца были, тарелки вилки и ид были в номере. Но не было плиты. Возможно оно и лучше. Не пахло бы в коридоре.была микроволновая печь. Возможно мне попались тихие соседи, но я не ощущала дискомфорт. За такую цену - достойно. Обязательно буду бронировать этот номер на будущее. Спасибо!

The location is prefect If u travel by flixbus n in west station.  We got a small but quiet room, so far quite good, you can ask for the hairdryer in the reception.  A bit far away to go the city center, need to catch the taxi or bus
