Great location: 10-15 min walk to the old city Spectacular view: My husbnd and I stayed at a old city / river view room Great restaurant in the Looby: we arrived at the hotel around 9:30pm, didn’t have much option for late dinner. We had ‘Beef Cheek’ and ‘Black Cod’ at Cabu. Food was amazing! We loved food so much, went back to their grab & go/ coffee bar after we checked out. Other things: Nice to have Nespresso machine and Crabtree amenities

The staff were friendly on arrival. If some one couldn't answer a question they will find someone to help. The hotel is positioned away from downtown but a good mid point between YUL Airport and town. The metro is 5 mins walk to get to town. There are shops close by and a supermarket for food and snacks. There are a few local restaurants that i didn't try but the area is well pedestrianised. There's a good clothes outlet nearby. The pool was nice and clean but prepare for the cold temperature!

Hôtel en plein coeur de Québec, facile d'accès. Proche du vieux Québec, château Frontenac et terrasse Dufferin. Rue commerçante et restaurants Très confortable, accueil parfait, j'y reviendrai !!

Karim was super helpful and attentive to our needs as soon as we walked if I ever come to Montreal again I’d like to come stay there again since they have such great prices too

Room was clean and amenities were good. Had sufficient utensils and cookware for warming/preparing food. Bathroom supplies were above average and adequate. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Enjoyed out stay there. Only gripes are location is down the hill from the popular attractions, so had to climb up to go to those places. We didn't mind, but could be tedious for other, especially when there's snow; and our room was towards the back of the building with the gas station next door, which was busy and created a lot of noise. Other than these, the price was decent and close to bus stop.

We booked two rooms at this hotel and overall had a pleasant stay. While finding the parking area was initially a bit challenging - we accidentally ended up on the highway adding an extra 15 minutes to our trip and we ultimately opted for valet parking instead. Although the location is a bit farther from the major tourist attractions, we found the setting peaceful, and one of our rooms had a lovely view. The rooms felt new, clean, and comfortable, making our two-day stay enjoyable.

Propre, belle chambre, très bon déjeuner à la carte compris dans beau restaurant rhai. J'ai moins apprécié la nourriture au souper mais très bon service.

Snug room that the hot shower and warm air were all working in severe winter in Montreal.  Perfect location with 5 mins walk from the metro station. Also the hotel provides plenty parking lots which suitable for driving visitors. Staff are always friendly and answerable!
