DdanninglyFirstly, I didn't receive any check-in instruction from trip.com or the host to my yahoo mail/trip.com account on the date or one day before arrival. I had to call to the property and get the verbal instruction for room no and pin code. Secondly, on the call with the property, it was confirmed that the property had shared kitchen facility which was already stated in trip.com app amenities details. When we arrived and was told by the reception there wasn't any shared kitchen in the property. It only has microwave oven outside the room. Very disappointed!
