Firstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied. Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option. I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

I would like to share my first ever experience of stay at Astropods, Mumbai. It was wonderful and very neat clean, well maintained, suitable for solo travelers, location is very approachable and very near to Mumbai Airport as well, public transport is easy available and nearby. Would love to Stay here again.

So the location of the property is at the perfect location. It is just in front of a metro station like when you just step out of the hotel there is the lift for Metro Station, which you can easily use for public transportation and private taxis and Riksha are easy available nearby. Apart from that, there are multiple restaurants at the same line of the hotel and in the front of the hotel.

Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna turystom którzy pragną poznawać życiem miejscowych jak i bliskie obiektom turystycznym.Z całej swojej serdeczności polecamy tutaj pobyt.Fajna opcja przechowalni bagazu a personel dba o klientów nawet po wymelfowaniu do samego momentu wyjazdu w dalszą drogę.

The young *** with the spectacles at the front desk is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Apart from that, the place is ok. It’s clean, there are plenty of bathrooms and it’s close to the airport.

overall experience is good. found it safe place. area is excellent - posh area. cleanliness is average - bedsheet in dormitory they don't change daily they change once in a 3 days, blanket was not washed. but compared to the price overall it is a good experience. My wallet was lost in a room but when I complained at reception very casual attitude of reception staff mentioning ”female room me CCTV nai hota kuch nai ho sakta.” ultimately I could found my wallet. Property - 3.5/5 Food- 3.5/5 Location- 5/5 Cleanliness - 3.5/5 Linen- 2.5/5 Amenities - 3/5 Services- 3.5 /5 Looking to the one day cost and area I will definitely prefer for short stay.

Budget friendly stay at this property. All the pros as it’s located in center. Within 5-10 mins away from beach by vehicle.
