ห้องพักน่ารักมาก เล็กแต่มีเตียงคู่และเตียงเดี่ยวอยู่ด้านบน ห้องอาบน้ำดีมาก ห้องน้ำก็โอเค ทุกอย่างโอเค อยากให้มีชาและกาแฟในห้อง อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย แต่ในที่สุดก็มีขนมปังมาเติมให้ เครื่องชงกาแฟก็ซ่อมเสร็จแล้ว สามารถอัปเกรดเป็นอาหารเช้าที่โรงแรม Ibis ใกล้ๆ ได้ เซาแธมป์ตันมีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวดีๆ หลายแห่ง เช่น Bargate

房間的被子、枕頭、床單等等都很乾凈，有洗衣粉的香味。公共區域，比如廚房、廁所，每天都會有人來清理，整體很乾凈。 可以做飯，有鍋有爐子。

I had a really great experience overall. The cleanliness was absolutely excellent — everything felt fresh, tidy, and well-maintained, which made a big difference in comfort. The location is also perfect, very convenient and easy to access nearby attractions and essentials.The service was good; the staff were friendly and helpful, though there’s a little room for improvement in responsiveness. Amenities were also solid and met most expectations, though a few small additions could make the stay even better. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place, especially for families looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

This was a perfect location for us as it was only about 5 minutes from the port. Friendly welcome and efficient service. Room was good and spacious but feel it could do with freshening up. The fan in the bathroom ran on for ages so didn't turn the light on during the night as it was very noisy. Breakfast was good and wholesome but cutlery was a bit grubby and table needed a good clean. Otherwise a good stay.

The staff were very attentive and allowed us to check in early, They gave good advice on surrounding amenities, and were helpful throughout our stay. Although our room and shower room were was small, they were both clean and very well presented. The food in the pub was of a good standard and we were made to feel very welcome.
