The Cottage is a delightful property that sleeps up to 6 people (or up to 8 request) The granite cottage provides spacious bedrooms, all on the ground floor and a separate W.C. There is a main ensuite bedroom with king size bed, a double bedroom with shower and hand basin, a double bedroom and or twin bedroom with single beds.Pine wooden stairs lead upstairs to the light and spacious living area to make use of the views.There is a comfortable living area with comfortable seating, a fireplace , satellite TV and leading off the sitting area is a balcony. The balcony gives lovely views over fields woodlands and distant views of Hayle Towan beaches. This is a popular spot for our guests to enjoy breakfast on the balcony or a glass of wine at sundown.Upstairs there is also a new well fitted kitchen with dishwasher microwave fridge freezer hob and double oven and washing machine and spacious dining room. Quality Holiday Home in West CornwallPark 30 Bungalow is a lovely bungalow in a quiet park built in the grounds of Kenegie Tudor Manor. A fantastic location from which to explore all the beauty of the Cornish Riviera. Set 300ft above sea level the approach to the park commands excellent views of St Michael's Mount, the bay and the surrounding area. The property is only 5minutes from the historic market town of Penzance, with its shops, supermarkets and promenade. Penzance Harbour also is the place where you are able to board the ferry for a days visit to the beautiful Isles of Scilly. Turn left at the park entrance and 10minutes drive will bring you into St.Ives with its golden beaches, quaint streets, shops and famous Tate Gallery. Take the coastal road south from here, with its breath-taking views, and you will soon come to the well known landmark of 'Lands End' , well worth a visit. If you enjoyed the Poldark TV series, a minor detour at Botallack will bring you to the cliffs where much of the filming was done. The ancient Iron Age settlements of 'Chysauster' and 'Carn Euny' are 10minutes drive from your base. The property itself has recently been refurbished to afford excellent accommodation. The bungalow is fully double-glazed with open plan living area with TV/DVD, modern shower room, a twin and a double bedroom.(SORRY NO PETS) The surrounding gardens are communal but you do have your own private outdoor space and patio area. The park is very quiet as most of the properties are privately owned and used only for personal holidays. This means that it almost quarantees the place is never full or too busy. The bungalow is well equipped with all you need for a relaxing holiday. All rooms are fitted with electric heating ensuring a cosy stay. All electricity and bed linen is included in the price( Car charging is prohibited)Unlimited Wifi is free with this property. There is ample free parking at the front of the property but also allocated parking at the rear. During the main season ( Mid Februaryl-end October) the park facilities include heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub,sauna(small charge paid locally), tennis courts, putting green, & launderette. ผผู้เข้าพักVery comfortable bed, I slept like a baby and actually slept in longer than I usually do. The shower was great also with plenty of hot water. Location ok, Aldi and Tesco across the road and about a ten minute drive to Wade bridge centre for restaurants.
