สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักของโรงแรมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สุขอนามัยก็โอเค สภาพแวดล้อมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง บริการของโรงแรมก็โอเค คุณสามารถเก็บสัมภาระได้ฟรี และอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟและใจกลางเมือง

ฉันเดินจากป้ายรถเมล์สตราสบูร์กมาถึงโฮสเทลแห่งนี้อย่างน้อย 15 นาที สามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ได้ ฉันจองห้องพักแบบแชร์ 8 เตียง ห้องน้ำอยู่ด้านนอกโถงทางเดิน แต่ก็มีพื้นที่ซักล้างภายในห้องด้วย มีล็อกเกอร์ให้ทุกห้อง ไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศในห้อง (จึงต้องเปิดหน้าต่างในช่วงฤดูร้อน) และมี Wi-Fi ดีเยี่ยมทุกชั้น (ฉันพักชั้น 1) ปัญหาเดียวที่ฉันเจอคือเสียงดังจากผู้คนในช่วงเที่ยงคืน (ห้องของฉันอยู่ใกล้ถนน) แต่ก็ไม่ได้ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเข้าพักของฉัน โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมาก พนักงานพร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือเสมอเมื่อฉันมีปัญหา

Voor première classe een nette kamer met nette badkamer en normale douche. Douche is lekker, wel klein. Receptie op de 6e étage. Ramen kunnen niet open, waarschijnlijk vanwege de veiligheid. Dichtbij supermarkten en bakker en het centrum. Goede, ruime overdekte parkeergelegenheid. Beste om bij reservering kamer te vragen die niet aan de kant van de snelweg is. Andere kant is veel rustiger.

Compact, gebruiksvriendelijk en communicatief erg goed! Kamer had alle voorzieningen diepje kunt wensen voor een korte verblijf. Sfeervol door het wandbehang acher het bed. Maakt de kamer ook nog gevoelsmatig ruimer. Praktische en goed vormgegeven bedlampjes. . Fijne douch/wc ruimte. Vooral complimenten voor de receptionst: attendeerde ons op het niet in werkingzijnde oplaadpunten en verwees ons naar een aantal alternatieven dichtbij het hotel. Tevens heel erg goed klantvriendelijk ik taal en houding

Es un hotel cómodo en las afueras de la ciudad situado cerca del supermercado, restaurante y gasolinera un poco alejado de la ciudad por eso. El hotel es muy correcto y tiene un buen nivel de limpieza, no vimos microondas se que en otros b&b si los hay estaría bien que tuvieran uno y si lo tienen pues que sea más visible 😁

Personnel sympathique et serviable. Mais les chambres sont à 30° et même avec le ventilateur rien n'y fait, il brasse de l'air chaud. Réponse du personnel, nous sommes un 2 étoiles, il n'y aura jamais de l'air co. Mais des moustiquaires, des stores externes, un isolant sur les façades externes....bref rattraper la mauvaise conception du bâtiment. Personnellement, sans changement, je zapperai vos offres. Nous sommes repartis plus fatigués quand arrivant du a une nuit sans véritable sommeil. A bon entendeur salut

I needed a place to sleep overnight to break up my trip from the south of France ti Belgium, and this was perfect. Right off the highway, but with no traffic noise or pollution. The clientele, mostly truckers, were polite and quiet, there was no noise at night or in the hallways. The staff was pleasant and readily available, check-in and out was simple, the buffet dinner was a good quality all-you can-eat. If you're looking for a clean, simple, friendly place to rest on your trip, I highly recommend this hotel.

Je remercie chaleureusement le réceptionniste qui a réglé mon problème en me proposant un remplacement de chambre ! Néanmoins la femme de ménage forçant les clients à se dépêcher de quitter la chambre (alors qu'on peut sortir jusqu'à 12h, pas 11h20) était moins appréciable.

We originally booked for 1 night on our way back through the Champagne region at the end of our driving tour of Spain and France. However, our car broke down and we had to stay a second night. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel is amazing value for money. There can't be many better places to be stuck than in Épernay 😂. We consoled ourselves with a trip to the Gratien Champagne House and also dinner at the Pop Up Air Restaurant on the banks of the Marne!

The hotel staff was very friendly, which is a good thing. Parking outside the hostel was also good and convenient. However, the hotel feels quite old. The toilet was just okay and there was a tissue roll available, but because the hotel is old, the toilet did not feel very clean. The room had yellow lighting, which looked very bad and made the room feel very bad and dull. They should b replaced with white colour light. Room size was small, heating was good. Need some repariment
