โรงแรมใหม่มากและสะอาดดีค่ะ ทำเลอยู่ในตัวเมืองเดนเวอร์บนถนนสายหลักเลย ด้านหลังเป็น 16th Street Mall เดินจาก Union Station ประมาณ 15 นาที และถ้าจะไปดูบอลที่ Ball Arena ก็เดินประมาณ 20 นาทีค่ะ

The receptionist was extremely helpful, kind and attentive!! She noticed my disability and even offered me a handicapped room and removed the 10.00 parking lot charge something I was totally unaware of
Their rooms are always clean, nice and nothing more or nothing less than the traveler would need!!
The bar was nice with live music but I had to get a barmaids attention after waiting for about 15 minutes in a practically empty bar. Margarita was OK. They only offered one kind.

Four nights. One of four, July 28, room AC stopped around 2am and room was 76F. But other days were ok. Breakfast depends on the day, sometimes very good and the others like motel level. People were nice.

We had a great time in this hotel, room is big, view is great (mountain), furniture are well equipped. There's an additional table that I can use. Breakfast was great, service was great, even on second day when the server was missing, the cook had to take care of front and back kitchen.

A little luxury on my travels & in such a beautiful spot. The staff were lovely, the food, delicious, & the bed, comfy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would highly recommend.

Brand new hotel by Marriott. We actually had an apartment. Everything was very new and nice. Breakfast was better than in most of the places we have been to. Gum is great, the staff is super professional. They are not very close to the Vail downtown but free shuttle solves this problem completely. One of the nest stays. The amenities and jacuzzi are amazing.

RRamkrishna KaranthThis is a beautiful historic property, with a fantastic team providing impeccable service to guests!
The property is located very conveniently, close to the hot springs and walking distance to downtown. The lobby and the Courtyard ares beautiful.
We had a bit of an issue getting the hang of operating the ceiling fan and the room heating system, and the team's response to get us updated was super quick.
Overall, a great experience.

ผผู้เข้าพักWhen Isabella checked us in she was friendly and helpful. Our one bedroom suite was nicely updated, spacious, and stocked with more than we needed (toiletries, pots/pans, dish soap, etc). The heat worked very well, the shower was nice and hot, and the bed was comfortable. Ran to Walmart around the corner to buy a rug for inside the front door as our snowy shoes were quite slippery on the flooring. It was tough to turn onto the street when going somewhere as the plows caused high snow mounds that we couldn’t see around/over for oncoming traffic. For that same reason it was almost impossible to walk our dog around the area; we ended up having to put him in the car and drive somewhere else. The staff was very kind and let us have a late checkout since it wasn't a busy arrival day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with them again.

ผผู้เข้าพักNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

CCristobal AndresI stayed one night at the Hilton in Fort Collins for a business trip and it was a really good experience. The location made things easy since it’s close to downtown and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was simple and the staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great and I slept well, which is always important when you’re traveling for work. I also liked that there was a good desk setup and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues, so I was able to catch up on emails without stress.
I didn’t get a chance to try the gym or restaurant, but the hotel itself felt well taken care of and the lobby had a nice vibe for sitting down or taking a call.
Overall, it was exactly what I needed for a quick business trip. Comfortable, efficient, and easy. I’d be happy to stay here again.

This ”homey” place is in the perfect location for ski in/ski out, as well as walking to restaurants and easy access to the gondola that takes you to the lower Snowmass Village. During winter months, breakfast and lunch are included and they are great to get your day started and take a ski lunch break. Very cozy living room area with real fireplace; free hot chocolate & they even had daily fresh cookies in the afternoon. If fancy high-rise hotel is your choice, this place is not for you. However, it exceeds expectations for a ski chalet resort. Rooms have been renovated over the years and are very comfy and some have great mountain views. They also have hot tub & outside heated pool. Our only choice while in Snowmass!
