Stayed 2 nights, visiting families. I would say the rooms are nice and maintained since opening, it is spacious which is surprising for 3 stars hotels. The area is in the downtown as well where different stores, restaurant, hospital is available. I definitely recommend it to others specially those passing the area that would want to have a good place to rest.

the hotel is good but the inclusion in the toiletries like soap, shampoo etc.... but the toothbrush is not included as per staff. But in the booking this was included but anyway nice staff and ambiance, free swimming pool my grandchildren love it. we will book again next year thank you!!!!

It was okay. But for that price you could get a 4 star stay in Thailand.

A pleasant stay. I upgraded to a suite which was much better for room size. Also a good balcony view. Staff are courteous and friendly. Didn't try the breakfast. I would stay again

Stayed in Family room which is quite large and well equipped. Friends in standard double room complaint small sizes of the bed. The hotel design is very nice and located in the center just a few steps away from Placa Dr Burgos. Nonetheless we can only recommend for a short stay as the road in front of the hotel is very noisy and loud music ceremony woke is up early and last for hours However room prices are very ok. Consider there is no luggage service and no elevator available.

The best part is the kayaking. Something very unique in the resort because of their access to the river attached to the property. Highly recommended with many facilities to enjoy.
