Stayed 2 nights, visiting families. I would say the rooms are nice and maintained since opening, it is spacious which is surprising for 3 stars hotels. The area is in the downtown as well where different stores, restaurant, hospital is available. I definitely recommend it to others specially those passing the area that would want to have a good place to rest.

the hotel is good but the inclusion in the toiletries like soap, shampoo etc.... but the toothbrush is not included as per staff. But in the booking this was included but anyway nice staff and ambiance, free swimming pool my grandchildren love it. we will book again next year thank you!!!!

It was okay. But for that price you could get a 4 star stay in Thailand.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite at Star Plaza Hotel. The room service staff was friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked fine for our needs. The breakfast was good except the ham. Other hotel restaurant food options were good. However, we were disappointed to find that the hot water in the shower wasn’t working, which was unexpected for a suite of this level. The laundry service was also unavailable, and when we first entered the room, there was a strong vinegar smell that took some time to fade. Overall, while there were some positives, the issues made the experience feel below expectations for a Presidential Suite. We hope improvements can be made.

The staff are so warm and welcoming. The room itself is clean and has all the basic stuff that we need. Additionally, the free breakfast meals are bomb. One meal can be for two people, very generous serving.

Java hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was the fact that they did not have any elevators which was difficult for some friends who have difficulties going up several flights.

The hotel is located in the very heart of the city, just minutes and up to several hundred meters away from the main landmarks. Service is very good - I rated it 4 because of several flaws, including not very good support with handling luggage and parking space that is not very convenient. Rooms at the first floor are a bit too dark for my taste, but very well furnished in the stile of the building. Breakfast at the hotel was good, but can be chosen from a list of about 10 choices only. It’s a very good choice of stay in the city - I do recommend.

The best part is the kayaking. Something very unique in the resort because of their access to the river attached to the property. Highly recommended with many facilities to enjoy.
