The hotel is very nice and the room is very big.One thing is they don’t have lotion,cleansing etc..I don’t know maybe I just used from other hotel or another country like Japan that they provide all the skin care and other stuff like headband,shower cap and many more.Anyway,the hotel is very near in Ayala Mall and other places,so it’s very convenient.So far the hotel is very good and the staff have a good service.

Booked last November for two double non-smoking rooms for our family of four. The rooms were decent and offered ample space for two people to move around comfortably. The walls were well soundproofed and we did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms. Even though we were located right beside the elevators, there was no noticeable disturbance. The alarm system was also functioning properly, as it was triggered during our last night’s stay. Water pressure in the bathroom was good, with no issues at all. Housekeeping provided fresh towels, toothbrushes, bottled water, and tissues daily, which we appreciated even though there was a supermarket right below the property. The daily breakfast buffet was enjoyable. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and the viands changed each day, which kept the selection interesting. There were no issues with elevator wait times, as there were around six elevators available. Two provided access to the mall and two to the ground floor entrance. We also used the laundry room on our last night and noticed that there were plenty of washing machines available. The massage service was good as well. Most importantly, we appreciated the staff. They were attentive and accommodating, catering to almost all of our requests and even providing a storage box when we asked for one. Overall, it was a good stay, aside from the location. We would definitely book again.

We booked this hotel just for one night because we were gonna fly next day, this hotel is 10-15 mins grab away from the airport, and it provides such good value for money, so we decided on booking here. The location is excellent, got lots of food and coffee places downstairs, a couple of huge supermarkets right at the door step, a 711 in 1 mins walk. One thing I’d like to share, I lost something on the grab taken to the hotel, in the evening I realised I lost it, I went to the reception, and they were trying hard to help me and took me to the nearby police for further assistance. Eventuall, I got my lat item back right before my flight, so I am thankful to the staff here.

โรงแรมโลเคชั่นดีมาก ใกล้ห้างayala ด้านหลังโรงแรม ข้าทถนนไปมีร้านอาหารหลายร้าน พนักงานบริการดี ห้องพักไม่ค่อยโอเค ห้องสะอาดนะ แต่ภาพห้องในแอพไม่เหมือนห้องจริง ในแอพโชว์หน้าต่างเต็มบาน แต่ห้องจริงหน้าต่างครึ่งบน ครึ่งล่างเป็นช่องวางคอมแอร์ ทำให้มีเสียงรถเสียงถนนลอดเข้ามา เพิ่งเคยเจอนี่แหละ เอาคอมแอร์วางแบบนี้ ของใช้ในห้องน้อยมาก มีแค่ผ้าเช็ดตัว2ผืน ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดหน้า ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดมือ amenity มีแค่คอตตอนบัด3อัน และแปรงฟัน ไม่มีหมวกอาบน้ำ และไม่เติมของ ต้องการอะไรเพิ่มเติมต้องโทรขอ ส่วนตัวมองว่า อย่างน้อย ควรมีshower capและ cotton budsให้ และเติมทุกวัน น้ำเปล่าใส่ขวดแก้ว สามารถเติมได้ที่ตู้น้ำในแต่ละชั้น ที่ตกใจมากและแย่มากคือ มีหมอนใบนึงข้างในปลอกหมอนยัดไส้ด้วยผ้ารองที่นอน ไม่ใช่หมอนจริงๆ อันนี้ถือว่าแย่มาก เวลาเช็คอิน 15.00น. ช้ากว่ารร.ทั่วไป และต่อคิวเช็คอินค่อนข้างนาน เชคเอาท์ 11.00น. ซึ่งให้ออกห้องไวกว่ารร.ทั่วไป อาหารเช้าดี อาหารหลากหลายมาก ห้องอาหารใหญ่

The location of this hotel is excellent, only about 15 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were able to organise a Grab to the airport and even checked me in at 3am without any issues. After a long stretch of travel, it was honestly such a smooth and easy experience. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for an overnight stay. There was a small area of rust under the mirror, but nothing major. The only thing I would suggest improving is the cleanliness of the couches in the hotel’s common areas, as there were visible big spots on them. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, especially for a short stop near the airport.

It’s right where the action is and you can’t beat the price too much because of that location in Alison’s beach .,it’s not on the Sand however but close . One thing should be said NO TV IN ANY ROOM WHICH IS SHOCKING IN THIs DAY AND AGE . Beware of this in Panglao it seems kinda common at certain price points
