It was an amazing experience at the hotel , location is just perfect, staff specialy,lifeguard (Abdul Allah) was very friendly and kind to the kids ,also morning breakfast staff .overall we would love to be there again next visit.

Le rapport qualité prix est bien, mais il y avait un client en famille qui criait a longueur de journée et iil n'y a d'agent de sécurité qu'a l'entrée et a la réception. Bien pour les clients en pleine forme. Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Beaucoup d'escaliers. Faut avoir du souffle🤪. Mais je recommande et j'y retournerais bien.

Lovely people but the place is a little old and needs some cleaning up. Make sure to bring your own products. But they are very helpful and friendly. Good for a short term stay.

Дорогие друзья! Никогда не ориентируйтесь на отзывы гостей об отеле..Я начиталась,и когда приехала сюда все выискивала то о чем писали. И не нашла ничего кроме может быть качества полотенец. Отель для своих 3 * просто супер.. Большая территория,много бассейнов..питание с множеством видов мяса,рыбы,овощей и фруктов.. Имеет свой пляж с лежаками. Всегда есть места.. Анимационная команда просто супер..развлекает целый день и вечером дискотека и представление в амфитеатре.. 2 раза приезжали коллективы нац музыки.. В 15 часов все дружно поют гимн Агадиру. Очень красивый. Территория у отеля оч красивая. Много баров. Правда с алкоголем крепким слегка ограничивают. Разные коктейли делают. В общем бронируйте отель не пожалеете. Me and my wife stay suite hotel Tilila for four nights very good service this hotel close to beach only five minute walk lots of shop around Cafe next to hotel bus stop five minute walk taxi available all the time cross road staff is very helpful Cleaning wise or any help you need excellent service. I love this hotel. I will give five star, they have nice outside swimming pool. I love my room they give me sweet comfort studio. They have nice kitchen as well so we can cook on food make own tea. I love the room. I highly recommend to stay here if I come next time in Agadir I will book this hotel again, thank you very much ❤️👌

Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect room… couldn’t fault it! Only problem I had was after coming back from the beach and going to shower, the water went cold. I had my brother check reception to let them know multiple times throughout an hour but nobody was there. I was left in a cold shower soaking wet with shampoo still in my hair for an hour waiting for some help. Rang the stayhere call line multiple times and no outcome. I had to finish having a cold shower. I was very angry at the time. We also had a guy knock on our door asking for 600dirhams in ‘city tax’. Trip.com were very helpful in this matter and refunded me the £49.

The hotel location and food absolutely fab. Would recommend and come again. But unfortunately the bar was away from the restaurant even going for a cup of tea was hard. As i am a wheelchair user was hard. I went to reception to ask for a wheelchair i was sent to enquiries. Which only had 2 wheelchairs available in the 3 hotels. One was being used the second was available. The rim was on but the the wheel was off and no foot rest. Unfortunately for safety reasons i didn’t take it. For 7 days i had been waiting for it to be fixed but no. Then the option they gave me was hiring one which was costing far too much for a day!!!
