Good value for money, friendly, helpful night staff, no language problem, easy and trouble free foreign friendly. The feedback is based on my room and my overall experience. The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. My friend and I stayed at the campsite for two nights and had a wonderful time. We come from the United Kingdom and do not speak Chinese so there was a language barrier. However, despite this the staff were very helpful and patient, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The location itself is very nice. The sand dunes are very impressive and fun to climb on. The food was lovely, especially the scrambled egg with tomatoes and cucumber salad. The campsite provides many fun activities. We particularly enjoyed the kareoke and the dice games we played with We Bon and the others. They also had other games for children which we enjoyed even though they are not designed for our age group😹. Altogether we would highly recommend staying at this place. Our only slight complaint would be concerning an external activity we did which was the go carting. We paid 80 yuan for one lap in the car which felt like a scam😹. So we would not recommend that activity. Another honourable mention would go to the taxi driver who was very lovely and showed around many activities with a lot of patience. Lastly we hope to have a rematch arm wrestle when we come back, and also that the younger guy finds love soon😂🫰🥰

This is a good modern hotel that provides comfortable accommodations. The breakfast bar is great, and the hotel location provides easy access (by Didi or taxi) to the train and bus stations, as well as Guyuan's outstanding museum. Only problems were having to overcome receiving two room key cards (one of which stopped working after a day), problem with the standard wifi authorization (room number and name). The night latch was broken/ non-functional. That wasn't a big problem, but reveals poor attention to facility maintenance/repair. An oddity was that each elevator ride was punctuated by a loud noise that sounded like a dog's bark. I'm not sure what that noise reveals about the elevator mechanism. All options taken into account, I'd definitely consider staying in this hotel on any future visit to Guyuan.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s very conveniently located, about a 10 min walk to the Drum Tower and the pedestrian shopping area, which includes lots of restaurants. There’s also a bus stop directly in front that is convenient to take for the museums. It’s an easy pickup location for didi and not far from many of the attractions that are in the outside of the city (about 35-40 min drive). The hotel was incredibly comfortable and the laundry facility was fabulous to have access to. The staff was outstanding (and the manager spoke a English!). They not only assisted us with recommendations, but we’re also helpful when we needed assistance regarding a package delivery we had. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely stay there if we came to Yinchuan again!

酒店是新開的，細節做得挺到位，沒有剛裝修的刺鼻味道，門口的停車場方便走幾米就到大堂，小度助手用着很方便，用習慣了小度助手真的不想住普通酒店，前台服務熱情周到，我們忘帶充電器，工作人員還幫忙借了一個。周邊配套齊全，有早餐店、超市，出行和生活都很便利，下次來還會選這家。
