The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

For being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there.

We loved our stay. The only “issue” we had was that we booked a room with breakfast included, but it wasn’t actually included—we had to pay an additional fee at the restaurant. Like $35 extra.

There was no remote to the Tv I called room service I asked for a remote remote control I received the remote control about a half hour later And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer

That same care echoed across every corner of the hotel. Our Dune Suite was beautifully appointed, blending modern design with quiet comfort, the perfect retreat after long days by the shore. The pool deck offered sweeping ocean views, the workout facilities were pristine and well equipped, and the drawing room felt like a serene escape, ideal for a quiet morning coffee or an evening unwind with a book. Dining was a true highlight. The bar delivered outstanding cocktails crafted with precision, and the Mother's Day menu stood out as a memorable culinary experience, beautifully plated and full of seasonal flavor. Service throughout was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Asbury Ocean Club delivers genuine five star hospitality in a setting that feels both refined and refreshingly relaxed. We left already counting down to our next visit, and we cannot recommend it more highly.

Our first time here and we loved it. Dont need to leave the resort with all the restaurants, shops & bars lol. We loved the stay and definitely will be back 😊

เข้าโรงแรมได้ง่าย ที่จอดรถสะดวกและเดินไปมาสะดวก อาคารและการตกแต่งสวยงามและสะอาด เราไม่เสี่ยงโชคแต่ห้องดูดีมาก ได้ห้องนี้เพราะรีวิวก่อนหน้านี้บอกว่าเตียงนอนสบาย เตียงของเราไม่ค่อยดี ดูธรรมดาสำหรับโรงแรมทั่วไป ฝักบัวดี แรงดันน้ำแรง ฉันคิดว่าอากาศร้อนไปหน่อย... แม้จะปรับอุณหภูมิต่ำสุดก็ยังร้อนอยู่ดี และฉันชอบอาบน้ำร้อนมาก มีอาหารให้เลือกเยอะ แม้ว่าจะแพงก็ตาม ชอบวิวทะเลจากชั้น 40 มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับกุญแจ มีการจอง 2 ที่ต่างกันเพราะคืนวันศุกร์ที่โรงแรมเต็ม จึงต้องจองคืนที่สองทางออนไลน์ ไม่ทราบว่าทำไมเราจึงเช็คเอาท์ตอนกลางดึกและกุญแจของเราถูกปิดใช้งานโดยที่เราไม่รู้ตัว ดังนั้นเราจึงถูกล็อกออกจากห้อง พนักงานแก้ไขปัญหาได้ค่อนข้างเร็ว
