The reason to go to this hotel is because it is extremely convenient and has a great view. We came here last year, but it was cheaper last year. We were surprised to learn that the car parking is now something you have to pay, which wasn't the case last year. Seems like a very cheap decision on their part considering the hotel is already pretty expensive. Also be prepared, the room will not be the newest or cleanest. It had a bit of mold on the wall around the AC unit, and the walls needed to be repainted and fixed on some parts.

For a five-star property, the service fell short in several areas. Check-in was slow, with only 1–3 front desk staff and a wait of over 10 minutes before anyone assisted us. Dining was inefficient—meals took too long, breakfast lines were constant, and utensils were not properly cleaned.
On checkout day, I requested a bell cart, which was confirmed but never arrived. Follow-up calls to the front desk went unanswered, and there was no staff available to help with our bags. The checkout process itself was long and poorly managed.
This experience was disappointing compared to last year. I hope the hotel takes steps to return to the standard it once upheld.
