The beach was nice - the sand was smooth and not rocky, the waves are a bit chill. Hence, kid-friendly. Facilities and amenities are nice tho a bit old aready. Since the pool was big, we were able to swim in the pool even though it’s peak season and many people. Morning jog at the lagoon was good as well. We also played billiards and bowling. It’s just sad that the kids playroom was under renovation. It could’ve been a pretty good experience overall.

The location is very convenient, with several restaurants and dining options within the area. There is also ample parking available for guests with private vehicles. For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, accessibility, and convenient location. With some improvements to breakfast operations and clearer communication regarding the security deposit, the guest experience would be even better.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Seda Manila Bay. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite, professional, and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. We also appreciated the overall ambiance of the hotel, which is great for both relaxation and short getaways. Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable. The room is quite spacious for its price, I had a great view of the citry on the 23rd floor. The area is well-maintained, the staffs are friendly and very helpful. It has a very peaceful and calm atmosphere, perfect for morning walks and jogging. The clubhouse is huge and packed with many facilities and outdoor activities. The whole property is right in the middle of major hotspots if Tagaytay such as the Skyranch, Mahogany market, famous restaurants overlooking the Taal lake such as Bag of Beans, Rosario, and Starbucks. It's perfect for all kinds of travellers.

It is always a pleasure to be back at Sotogrande Batangas! This was my third visit, and it has truly become my ”go-to” sanctuary in Batangas whenever I need to relax and de-stress. My post-birthday celebration was just as perfect as I hoped it would be. What keeps me coming back is the consistently high standard of service. Your employees are not only the epitome of professionalism but are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. A special thank you to Ms. Cess for always accommodating me so warmly—your dedication is a huge part of why the service here is so exceptional. I also have to mention the dining—the food is consistently on cue and sobrang sarap! I’m already looking forward to my next breakfast there. While the pool area remains the ultimate stress reliever for me, I have two small suggestions: it would be amazing to have a jacuzzi installed in the future, and perhaps a more discreet entrance/exit to the pool area, as walking through the restaurant to get there can feel a bit awkward! Overall, this remains the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be back soon and will continue to recommend you to all my friends and family!
