ชอบความสงบเงียบของ Balgownie Estate มากค่ะ ที่พักอยู่ใกล้โรงไวน์และใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ ประทับใจเป็นพิเศษกับห้องพักที่กว้างขวาง และมีเครื่องทำความร้อนในห้องน้ำ ซึ่งถูกใจมาก ทำให้เราแทบไม่ได้ออกจากห้องเลย ได้แต่นั่งเล่นพักผ่อนอยู่ในห้อง ส่วนเรื่องที่อยากให้ปรับปรุงคือระดับการบริการค่ะ ก่อนวันเข้าพักได้ส่งอีเมลสอบถามผ่าน Trip portal ไปถึง 3 ครั้ง เพื่อขอคำแนะนำเรื่องการเดินทางเที่ยวชมรอบๆ Yarra แต่กลับไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับเลยแม้แต่ครั้งเดียว และเมื่อไปติดต่อที่เคาน์เตอร์เช็คอิน พนักงานต้อนรับก็มีท่าทีเฉยเมย ไม่แยแส ไม่ว่าจะถามอะไรไปก็ดูไม่ค่อยใส่ใจ ซึ่งน่าจะดีกว่านี้มากเลยค่ะ ถึงกระนั้น โดยรวมแล้ว Yarra Valley ก็สวยงามจับใจจริงๆ ค่ะ

โรงแรมแห่งนี้เกินความคาดหมายของฉัน ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม เดินเพียงไม่กี่นาทีก็ถึงสถานี Southern Cross ซึ่งสะดวกสบายสุดๆ สำหรับการเปลี่ยนเครื่อง พนักงานเป็นมิตรและดีมาก ฉันเช็คอินค่อนข้างดึก และพนักงานต้อนรับก็ช่วยยกสัมภาระหนักๆ ของฉันขึ้นไปชั้นบนอย่างใจดี ห้องพักกว้างขวางและตกแต่งอย่างดี นอกจากนี้ยังมีไมโครเวฟและตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กพร้อมจานและส้อมในห้อง ห้องน้ำก็มีอุปกรณ์ครบครันและสะอาด ฉันพอใจมากกับ Travelodge และจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอนเมื่อมาเที่ยวที่เมลเบิร์น

It was on amazing location one minutes walk to new year fireworks. Pizza, cafe, Bars, Woolies,Aldi, just down the building and district of Dockland shopping center in 3minites walk, 2 minutes walk to public parking. Appartments has its own car park that you have to pay extra. 24/7 help desk. Fully secured place. We enjoyed our stay. Beds in rooms were ok, sofa bed was not comfortable, you literally feel the springs poking your back. We were 5 people so we needed that extra bed which was disappointment.

The hotel was great value for money. Location was perfect me and all of the staff were attentive and very friendly. Some amenities currently under renovation and closed so it might be worth contacting the hotel directly for an update if you're needing dinner or spa facilities.

การตกแต่งภายในสไตล์ดั้งเดิมเล็กน้อย แต่ฉันชอบห้องนั่งเล่นที่กว้างขวางและวิวสวน ห้องน้ำสะอาด และอ่างอาบน้ำก็เล็กไปหน่อยและมีพื้นที่ว่างรอบๆจำกัด ผู้หญิงในร้านอาหารใจดีกับเรามากและเราชอบอาหารเช้า :)

Like the hotel vibe and friendly staff. Big free parking. Very good and big room. For some more $$$ you can get golf view, otherwise the room will face parking. Did not like the breakfast - a bit overpriced, was charged for small child as well and not that much to eat

I was very satisfied with the staff’s hospitality and the cleanliness of the room. The Thai restaurant inside the hotel was excellent and highly recommended.

What an awesome stay!!! Brilliant staff. Very knowledgeable. Awesome pool and spa. Rooms were brilliant. Cannot praise them enough. Definitely be back to Vibe Hotel Docklands.

We stayed here overnight on a trip further north. I got it for a great price and couldn’t believe how exceptional this unit was. Everything you could need and so amazingly clean. Holidaying here with children would be fabulous- the facilities were amazing and the grounds beautiful. Cabins are well set out and there’s plenty of space for caravans. Loved it!
