Reception staff was lovely and friendly, very helpful. The restaurant in the evening time, the food was excellent. The cleaning staff was excellent. The hotel was very relaxing and quiet. The morning breakfast lacked variety, food was quite cold only fault to the hotel.

อาหารเช้ามีมากมายและห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ข้อเสียคือหาได้ยากกว่า โดยเฉพาะ Baidu Maps หาเส้นทางเฉพาะไม่ได้ Google Maps ทำได้ เช่นการรับส่งที่โรงแรมนั้นคุ้มค่าแก่การรอคอยอย่างแน่นอน

I loved this hotel very much! The room was clean and new. It was situated at the perfect location which enjoys the best view of Split while you can reach the old town/castle within 15min by walking along the beautiful ocean side. I was really amazed by their breakfast. The hotel service was very good too. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was granted a late check-out at 1pm upon request :) Highly recommend this hotel to visitors of Split!

Hôtel se situant au milieu de la ville, à proximité du bus. L’hôtel est propre, et bénéficie d’un parking privé. Personnel très gentil  La chambre est belle grande , Quelques bémol au niveau de la salle de bain. Le porte papier toilette se situe beaucoup trop loin du wc.. il n’est pas du tout à la bonne place. Il a au moins 1 m 10 d’écart. Entre le WC et celui-ci.

服務非常好，尤其前台非常的熱情，而且前台在辦理入住時還會關心客人退房當天是否能趕上用早餐。由於我們回程預訂的早航班，來不及在酒店用早餐，前台特意為每位住客準備了一兜子早餐方便攜帶到機場用餐，非常貼心。酒店設施也非常新，洗漱間明亮寬敞，淋浴也非常的不錯。唯一美中不足的是房間裏會有不少的小螞蟻🐜出沒….. 當看到螞蟻在你眼前溜達時，有點意外也有點不太舒服。我估計當地的其他酒店可能也會有螞蟻吧…估計酒店也沒有什麼好辦法…但畢竟是家五星級酒店，還是應該想辦法解決這個問題。酒店地理位置超級棒呢，去老城區的幾個景點步行幾分鐘就能到達，晚上在老城市中心逛街也非常方便，衝著這麼好的地理位置，下次去還會預訂這家酒店哈。

Fantastic hotel, 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and bus station. The resort is small but makes for a quiet holiday which is exactly what we were looking for. We were upgraded to the harbour suite which is a stunning room, although no balcony, didn’t bother us, just to make others aware. Shower gel and shampoo are Ritual branded and smell lovely. The food is fabulous, breakfast is buffet style and dinner (for half boarders) is chosen off the menu. Really high quality and believe they were Michelin recommended for 2024. They even gave us a breakfast bag as we were checking out very early. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and can’t do enough for you. This was the case from reception, restaurant to the roof top bar. All were great. The rooftop bar was a brilliant place to sit and watch the sunset and the ferry coming and going. The pool is covered and heated with a separate area for sunbathing. There’s also a couple of saunas you can use. The smallest gripe, it would be good to trim the top of the trees which blocked the view from the sun terrace. Would absolutely stay here again for a chilled and relaxing holiday.
