no parking at this establishment and no dropping off available at times as their maintenance and delivery vans might take up the small space cut into the front pavement. They do provide you with a discount voucher at nearby public carparks. Rooms are clean but the decorating is a patch up job throughout. The noise from the tram it is horrible and through the night as windows are not soundproof. In our room the heating was out of order and oil filled radiators were put up instead. Television sets have either the option for TV channels or to connect to your phone: bad aerial prevented viewing most channels and TV only connected to the staff's androids and not to our iphones. There was no options for apps such as youtube or netflix and kids have to entertain themselves on their tablet. Swimming pool is the size of a private one in a residential home. Staff is courteous and the breakfast is way and beyond satisfactory. The majestic hall from their photos was nowhere to be seen. Would go again if no other options shall be available at the time.

The room was spacious with a huge king-size bed. We had complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar which was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice, there were hot and continental options from a buffet. I used the sauna and gym during our stay around 8a.m, I was the only person in there so very pleasant. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Hello, I booked my trip through Trip.com because of better price . I informed the hotel in special request that I have booked the hotel to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary. The spa facilities was clean. The gym was well equipped however, the breakfast had a limited options.

Hotel was super convenient inside the terminal of the airport. Perfect for before or after a long haul flight. Service at the front desk in the morning could be improved. I arrived around 8am after a long flight and asked to drop my bags and if any chance of an early check in. The man on the front desk said it was his second day, didn’t seem to know where to put my bags and told me absolutely no early check in. When I was waiting later I overheard another guest being given the option of paying for a 2 hour early check in. So new staff just need to be trained better in dealing with basic check in requests. Otherwise excellent facilities and breakfast!

room was clean beds and ere comfy, the staff weren’t that cheery. The gym and pool facilities which are included and really good. Would stay again.

มาพักหลายครั้งแล้วค่ะ ดีจริงๆ อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมหลากหลายมาก มีให้เลือกเยอะ ห้องพักก็กว้างขวางมาก เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นที่ห้องเล็กๆ ฉันจะเลือก Marriott เป็นอันดับแรกเสมอค่ะ

We had a truly wonderful Christmas Eve stay at The Lowry Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Our room was absolutely beautiful — spacious, stylish, and perfectly prepared for a festive getaway. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, with plenty of choice and great quality throughout. It was the perfect way to start Christmas Day. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you to the team at The Lowry for making our Christmas Eve memorable. We can’t wait to return.
