location was a fair distance about 15 minutes walk to beachside and other locations. I have stayed in other places a bit closer for the same price however it is still fine. Room was cleaned daily with fresh amenities provided. Pool area and sunbeds were reasonably fine and clean. Only issue was that the aircon wasn't working quite well. Cant complain about nothing especially considering the price .Wouldn't hesitate from going again.

The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. The service was consistently professional and warm, which truly enhanced my experience. Tout a été super Pour le côté un peu relou, j’ai trouvé des cheveux sur le lit au moment de dormir, et une araignée morte qui est restée sur le coin du lavabo pendant 4 jours, de l’arrivée jusqu’à mon départ, donc ménage à désirer et dommage vu le prix de ce séjour Mais sinon personnels au top, et endroit très agréable pour se ressourcer
