The location is very good, downtown, close to everywhere. There is a Cinema across the road. The room is clean. The hotel in new and clean. The staffs are very friendly. The breakfast is delicious.

Terima kasih Aston..kami disambut baik oleh resepsionis , kamar bersih dan luas ,kasur nyaman..ada karpet, ada tablet kecil yg canggih..utk telp , putar music ,dll..hanya minus nya kamar mandi lantainya kusam , utk toileters kurang lengkap..ada hairdryer..shower lancar...utk makanan lumayan kurang variatif sedikit, ada smoties yg enak sekali...bisa dipertahankan..utk karyawan ramah dan baik..kolam renang kecil sekali hanya utk anak2...tdk ada fitness..tempat parkir diluar gedung dan terbuka jd bisa kepanasan dn kehujanan..utk lobi langsung area makan.. Untuk keseluruhan baik ,hanya perlu benah sedikit dn di tingkatkan utk kenyamanan tamu..

The Jambuluk Hotel was very pleasant to rest at during our travel in Indonesia . The Staff are very friendly and attentive. We could name various members of the Staff but in particular we would like to recommend Annga- he drove us for a full day to visit the Parabaran Temples , the Morapi Volcano and the Borobudur Temple - showing great kindness and in depth knowledge. A good guy 😎👍👍

เป็นการพักที่ดีสําหรับหนึ่งวัน ทําเลที่ตั้งที่ชาญฉลาดไม่ไกลจาก Tugu พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดี แต่ข้อเสียอาจพิจารณาว่าโรงแรมนี้มี 3 ชั้น แต่ไม่มีลิฟต์ ในขณะเดียวกันที่ชั้น 1 ทุกห้องเป็นห้องสูบบุหรี่ แต่ CMIIW อาจจะผสมได้ มีห้องปลอดบุหรี่ ดังนั้นสําหรับผู้ที่ขึ้นบันไดยากก็สามารถพักในห้องด้านล่างได้ โดยรวมดีค่ะ ไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องแอร์ น้ําอุ่น (ที่สําคัญ) ไม่มีปัญหา เตียงเดี่ยวก็ใหญ่ด้วย

มันเป็นโรงแรมหรู พนักงานต้อนรับดีมากและยินดีอัพเกรดเป็นห้องดีลักซ์พรีเมียร์เตียงคู่ เตียงนอนสบายมากและเครื่องปรับอากาศก็ดี (โดยเฉพาะอากาศร้อน) สามารถปรับปรุงความสะอาดได้ (เช่น ห้องน้ำ) ห้องของเราอยู่หน้าลิฟต์แต่ก็ไม่ได้ยินเสียงรบกวน การแพร่กระจายอาหารเช้าเป็นสิ่งที่ดี! ร้านอาหารค่อนข้างน้อยรอบๆโรงแรม ไม่อย่างนั้นการนั่งแกร็บแท็กซี่ไปยังสถานที่ต่างๆก็สะดวกและค่าโดยสารสมเหตุสมผล

Thank you FG seturan. You crafted my children's memories. Every step in your accommodation is perfect. Every single staff member showed genuine care. The candy store, clown group, cafe, elephant, mini go kart, animals, playground, toys, even your welcome drink show will be missed! Thank you

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Except for the breakfast, need to be improved a lot.

Nice hotel, with good ambieance. They have a wide and comfortable bedz and the amenities was great. Breakfast with a view, the were delicious and had many variations

เป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าพึงพอใจมากที่ได้พักที่ Artotel Jogja 1 คืนในวันที่ 14 ตุลาคม 2023 เมื่อเราเข้ามาครั้งแรกเราได้รับการต้อนรับจากพนักงานโรงแรมที่เปิดประตูในล็อบบี้ โรงแรมสะดวกสบาย พนักงานเป็นกันเอง ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย อาหารอร่อย บริการเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์รวดเร็วมากและทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมทำให้เราเดินทางไปได้ทุกที่ได้อย่างง่ายดาย มีร้านค้าและแผงขายของริมถนนมากมายรอบโรงแรม และใกล้กับ Gelato Time มาก อยากอยู่ที่นี่อีกครั้งเมื่อเราไปเที่ยว Jogja ขอขอบคุณ Artotel ที่มาใช้บริการครับ 55555555

Disappointing. I’ve stayed at the Kimaya a few times before, and it’s not as good as it was. The best thing about the hotel is the friendly car park staff. The rooms are dated, the bed not particularly comfortable, the bathroom badly laid out, small, smelly, and veritably not spotlessly clean. I don’t blame the cleaners - how do you clean a bath when you have no access to it? The reception staff are superficially friendly and efficient enough. Our biggest gripe was that the hotel refuses to take food delivery, which must be left outside by the gate. And they won’t tell you that it’s arrived. It’s a strange policy, especially considering the room service menu is not that great. Breakfast is ok, again, not as good as it was. As a regular visitor to Jogja, I hoped that the Kimaya would be my regular hotel for many years. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be back.
