Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. This was our second stay at the hotel and it was just as nice as we remembered.  The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms are very clean and there are lots of lovely views and relaxing activities to do.  The food at breakfast and at the evening buffet was delicious and we enjoyed National Day fireworks in the evening.  The outdoor pool was very clean and relaxing to use and the jacuzzi was very warm.  My daughter loves the play area and we had fun in the arcade.  We really enjoyed our stay.

I'm usually a budget traveler but I treated myself to a stay at naked stables this Christmas. It was wonderful. The service was great (my host Simmons was lovely), the location is beautiful, all the food was delicious. They delivered a surprise dessert to my room on Christmas eve, and lots of gifts of fruit and vegetables from the farm. There was a problem with my bath on the first day so they moved me to a better room. I did lots of activities (archery, pottery, bamboo weaving etc). I loved everything and I wish I could stay there all the time!

This was a very last minute and unplanned stay necessitated by travel issues but nevertheless ended up being very enjoyable. The hotel itself is huge and sprawling covering a very large area but despite this size it has been very well maintained. Despite the slightly dated feel in places there is a high attention to detail and cleanliness. We booked two basic double rooms but the fantastic front desk team quietly upgraded us to suites for the night. Such a pleasant surprise to go with our welcome gifts. So needless to say our rooms were spacious and very comfortable with the usual good standard of amenities you expect with Hilton. Breakfast offered a good selection of food and a lovely view of the lake. The indoor pool seemed a very good size and the gym fairly well provisioned. Lastly, our thank to Mia (and indeed the whole team) for kindly allowing a late checkout without any fuss and for their general warmth and kindness. Will try and find our way back less accidentally in the future.

โรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาวมาตรฐานเลยครับ แม้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจะดูเก่าไปบ้าง แต่ก็ยังได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมราคาเดียวกัน ถือว่าที่นี่มีข้อดีหลายอย่างเลยครับ ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมมาก ทางออกด้านขวาของประตูหน้าโรงแรมคือสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน Fengqi ซึ่งคนไม่พลุกพล่านและเปลี่ยนสายได้สะดวก โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง แต่กลับเงียบสงบมาก ถัดจากโรงแรมคือ Kerry Centre และสามารถเดินไปทะเลสาบตะวันตก, Hubin และถนน Wulin ได้ในเวลาไม่กี่นาที ส่วนการไปสะพานขาด (Broken Bridge) และถนน Beishan ก็ใช้เวลาปั่นจักรยานไม่ถึงสิบนาที คุ้มค่าเงินสุดๆ ครับ!

มาอู๋เจิ้นครั้งแรก ขับรถมาเอง ไม่คุ้นเคยกับตำแหน่งที่จอดรถ พยายามติดต่อโรงแรมล่วงหน้า แต่ก็ติดต่อไม่ได้เลย โทรศัพท์โรงแรมไม่มีคนรับสายเลย ติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของ Trip.com ได้รับการตอบกลับอย่างรวดเร็ว และส่งเส้นทางและตำแหน่งที่จอดรถมาให้ ทำให้ระบุตำแหน่งได้ง่ายมาก ต้องขอชื่นชม Trip.com เลย มาถึงศูนย์บริการลูกค้าอู๋เจิ้นตอนบ่ายโมง ที่จอดรถแทบจะเต็มหมดแล้ว และถนนก็ถูกปิด วนรอบประตูทางเข้าสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอยู่สองรอบ ก็ยังหาที่จอดไม่ได้เลย ต้องขอขอบคุณตำรวจจราจรที่หน้าประตูทางเข้าอู๋เจิ้นเป็นพิเศษ ที่ช่วยเหลือด้วยการย้ายเสากั้นถนนที่ปิดออก ทำให้ฉันสามารถเข้าไปจอดที่อาคารจอดรถได้สำเร็จ สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาอู๋เจิ้นครั้งแรกแล้วหาที่จอดรถหน้าประตูไม่เจอ การบริการที่เป็นกันเองของตำรวจจราจรท่านนี้เหมือนกับพระเจ้าที่มาโปรดเลย! พอมาถึงโรงแรม ความไม่พอใจก่อนหน้านี้ก็หายไปหมดเลย ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมสะดวกสบายมาก ฉันคิดว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่เลือกทำเลได้ดีที่สุดในการเดินทางครั้งนี้ สะดวกมากสำหรับการเที่ยวชมอู๋เจิ้น แม้ว่าห้องจะไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่สะอาดมาก! สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ใช้งานง่าย แม้แต่แก้วน้ำบนอ่างล้างหน้าก็ยังสวยเลย!

民宿外觀環境很好，但房間內總體觀感較陳舊。淋浴的下水道是堵的，衹洗個頭水就快溢出淋浴間了，導致第二個人衹能草草沖一下。早上吃早飯時聽到別的房間的客人也在説下水道堵沒法洗澡，可見不是個例。訂了3間房，應該有3份下午茶，積分換了3份歡迎水果。但一開始都沒給，問了後才給了1份下午茶和幾個沙糖桔。第二天又問攜程積分換的歡迎水果有嗎，店家才不情不願的説“那就給你吧”，然後給了2小盤沙糖桔，服務態度實在一般。房間隔音不行，晚上9點多老頭老太還在一樓縱情ktv，關上房門還是吵，實在和莫上隱的“隱”沒什麼關係。
