Nice classic hotel vibes when you arrive. The service was good and friendly. Room was spacious and staff brought me fruit of the day. Location is well centralise and nice drop off pick up point. Value for money.

It rains and all the water gets into the bathroom by the vent, and the air conditioner is too noisy

This hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

ห้องพัก ทําเลเยี่ยม ตอนแรกฉันไม่ได้หวังอะไรมากในโรงแรมใจกลางเมือง แต่ฉันไม่ได้คาดหวังว่ามันจะผิดปกติหลังจากเช็คอินจริงๆ ชั้นล่างมีธุรกิจต่างๆ และบาร์เล็กๆ บนชั้นสองเหมาะสําหรับการถ่ายรูป พักหลายครั้ง

การพักของเรานั้นน่าพอใจ เรามีปัญหาเพียงอย่างเดียวเมื่อเรามาถึงเพราะในโฆษณา Trip.com ห้องที่เราจองมีมินิบาร์ ไมโครเวฟ และห้องรับประทานอาหาร แต่เมื่อเรามาถึงห้อง มันเรียบง่ายมาก ไม่มีทั้งสามอย่างเลย บอกเราว่าไม่รวมพวกเขาต้องการให้เราจ่ายเพิ่มสำหรับบริการเหล่านี้ ในตอนท้ายพวกเขาตกลงที่จะนำมินิบาร์และไมโครเวฟไปที่ห้องโดยไม่ต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม และควรระบุให้ชัดเจนว่ามีอะไรรวมอยู่บ้างเมื่อทำการจอง อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยหลากหลาย แต่โดยรวมเราพักดีมาก

Nothing special at all, but the front desk hangup on my water request, which is a bit rude, other than that I don't see anything special to complain.
