Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few things that could be improved. The staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming, and at check-in we were simply given our room cards without any information about Wi-Fi, breakfast times, check-out, etc., which felt a little unusual. We requested separate beds, but a small pop-up bed was added instead, which wasn’t very comfortable due to the difference in quality. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a good variety of choices. However, our room had a shower drainage issue, so we had to keep turning the water off and on to prevent the bathroom from flooding. Another family member’s room also had a noisy air-conditioning issue. Nothing was a major problem, but overall there is room for improvement in service and room maintenance.

This hotel is a bit depressing and sure needs a lot of renovations. You will notice the moment you get to the reception. Nevertheless, the location is great (10 min walk from the center) and once we got to the room, the feeling is better. If you don't smoke, make sure to ask for a non smoking room. Decent cleanliness as well. It is what is it: an Ibis that becomes just a place to sleep. The staff barely speaks any English.
