Everyone , the receptionist, the staff included very polite and helpful. I enjoyed the bar and food . The rooms are comfortable . They have a pool and spa.  I just didn’t get to go  It looked inviting., there  are towns and parks an Uber away . There is also a small path around  Hotel to take a short walk .

A really well situated hotel, near to the brewery Quarter which has lots of food options for dinner or lunch. An excellent breakfast, and great coffee food was fresh and plentiful on the buffet. Staff are friendly and keen to help allowed us to store our bags when we arrived, until our rooms were ready. I was provided with a sewing kit on request request and additional tea and coffee available for our rooms. There was also a self service option at breakfast enabling guests to have breakfast to go transportable cups and bags were provided.

ขนาดห้องที่ดี อาหารเย็นใช้เวลาสักครู่กว่าจะมาถึง แต่รสชาติดี อาหารเช้าก็โอเค แต่ไม่มีแฮชบราวน์ สระว่ายน้ําไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่อนุญาตให้เด็กอายุมากกว่าแปดปีสามารถเข้าไปในจากุซซี่ได้ สระว่ายน้ําปิดเร็วไปหน่อยในวันเสาร์ที่รายการสุดท้ายที่7.15pm โรงแรมโดยรวมค่อนข้างสะอาด

Everything was fine except for the behavior of one employee at the reception—a lady, though I don’t want to mention her name. Also, in the room, there’s only one bottle of water provided, even if there are two guests. And if we ask for another bottle, they say we have to buy it. We’re paying £87 per night just for an overnight stay, and yet there are no additional services—not even complimentary water.

Great hotel. Absolutely recommend the breakfast.

It was a good hotel, a bit basic, rooms (in the hall part of the hotel) need updating; not sure of the others. The restaurant good. The breakfast was good but a bit busy on one of the days. The hotel facilities need attention. TV remote not working, the team couldn’t get it fixed easily; not ideal.

Travelled to Cheltenham for business and stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Polite and professional staff at reception during check-in and check-out, as well as in the restaurants. Room including shower room were clean and well presented. Would have preferred a chair to work at the desk instead of a stool - a minor point. Didn't have time to use the pool etc. Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the centre for more eating places.

Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.

Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms very spacious and comfortable quality bedding. Large bed. Shower and bathroom clean and modern. Nice touch with bottle water and hospitality tray. Breakfast was TERRIBLE. Food run out, waiting lengthy time for restock, tables dirty, poor selection of tea, milk (non dairy) and breads. Continental platter was ham and cheese- embarrassing! No eggs for 20 mins. Plates burning hot, sausages. Really cheap and didn’t even taste like sausage! Worst breakfast ever eaten in a hotel. Shame as the rest of hotel was good in every way.
