Such an excellent hotel in a very convenient location for visiting the Grand Cru route. Loved the stay here. 10/10

I have stayed at the Chateau before and it is good value as well as being an interesting building with many artistic features, there is also an outside pool. Generally, it’s clean but the rooms are a little dusty. The staff are helpful but on my previous stay the restaurant was shut due to staff problems. It was a disappointment but gave it a second chance. However, having booking again, I was told on arrival that the restaurant was not open on Mondays or Tuesdays. Please don’t be fooled by websites as every one I found stated that it was open on these days, so it’s a must to take this into account if you’ve had a long drive and do not want to dine out, you may well want to think again. It does seem to be under staffed as it can be difficult to find anyone if you would like an evening drink. You would either have to drive fifteen or so minutes into Macon where there are plenty of restaurants or if you prefer a village, drive in the other direction for less than ten minutes and there is a small restaurant next to the station called ‘Aux Dix Vins’ which I recommend and it’s open on Mondays and Tuesdays. The menu and quality is good, with some nice wines to accompany the food and the owner cares about how it’s run.

Stayed at Hôtel Mercure Beaune Centre for a business trip. Clean, well-located, and efficient overall. The room is comfortable and practical, though more functional than stylish. Service is polite but not particularly memorable. A reliable choice for short stays, but not a destination if you’re looking for character or a premium feel.

นี่เป็นโรงแรมที่ฉันประทับใจที่สุดตอนไปเที่ยวฝรั่งเศส 🏨 จองอาหารเช้าไว้คืนละกว่า 1,300 บาท โรงแรมใหม่มาก ห้องพักสว่างสดใส ที่จอดรถฟรี ซาวน่า และสระว่ายน้ำ น่าเสียดายที่ฉันพักแค่คืนเดียว ไม่มีเวลาสำรวจใจกลางเมืองก่อนรีบเร่ง ฉันมาถึงตอนดึกๆ แล้วไม่ได้ทานมื้อเย็น พนักงานต้อนรับให้การต้อนรับดีมาก แถมยังให้เค้กเล็กๆ กับฉันอีกด้วย แม้แต่น้ำใจเล็กๆ น้อยๆ ก็มีค่ามาก

ห้องพักสะอาด มีสระว่ายน้ำ โรงแรม มีลิฟ มีแอร์ อาหารเช้า เรียกว่าใช้ได้ นอนหลับได้สบาย ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ และร้านอาหารต่างๆ เดินทางได้ง่ายมาก เหมาะนอนเที่ยวเมืองได้หลายวัน โอกาสหน้าจะมาพักอีก นอนพักแล้วรู้สึกปลอดภัยและเงียบสงบ

ห้องพักเก็บเสียงได้ดีและมีขนาดพอเหมาะ เดินจากย่านเมืองเก่าประมาณ 10-15 นาที และอยู่ตรงข้ามศูนย์ประชุมเลย บริการก็ดีเช่นกัน ถึงแม้ว่าจะไม่มีอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำแบบใช้แล้วทิ้ง ฯลฯ ให้ก็ตาม

Serieus gedateerd. Vriendelijk personeel, dat wel, maar zeker de eetzaal mag eens een update krijgen.. ook van hygiëne (koffiemachine van binnen gezien en het tapijt heeft waarschijnlijk ook etensresten van 30 jaar erin hangen). De kamers zijn goed en proper.

Hicimos noche y la habitación estaba limpia. La recepción rápida en el check-in y super amables. El hotel tiene un ambiente super cool y te puedes tomar algo en el bar de la propia recepción. El desayuno es de productos locales, nada de bollería industrial. Parking gratis y cerrado con valla por la noche. Repetiremos seguro.

It was a nice stay in a well designed space. We both felt the service could’ve been improved and the room keeping service. We ran out of basic amenities in the room and they were not replaced when the cleaners came. Just something for the location to improve upon.
