Absolutely amazing stay, with very good facilities and breakfast available in both Chinese and European options. Location is 10/10; the east gate is only a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which was great! We managed to get to it right at the opening time, so we avoided crowds and enjoyed the morning cool. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. I unfortunately got sick and was bed-bound for a day. We couldn’t figure out how to make the food delivery app work, so staff just ordered food for us. They asked how I’m feeling multiple times and made ginger tea for me. It was also my mum's birthday, and they arranged a gift for her, which was amazing! They also helped us to plan all routes and booked tickets to all attractions, explaining how to get to certain parts of a park. And last but not least, I managed to forget my favourite t-shirt there when leaving 😭 and the staff posted it to my next hotel!!! 💕 If I ever come to Zhangjiajie park again I would definitely stay here ❤️

A very unique and memorable stay in Zhangjiajie! We stayed 2 nights in the Morning Glow King Suite Bedroom. The highlight of this homestay is its cave concept. The reception area is huge, impressive, and beautifully designed, creating a real wow factor upon arrival. The property also features a cave restaurant where breakfast is served, and dinner can be arranged with advance booking. There is also a cosy cave lounge for guests to relax. Our room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The facilities were well maintained and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Location is excellent. The homestay is hidden behind the famous theatre performance venue but only a short walk to the main street, making it convenient while remaining quiet. Highly recommended for travellers looking for a unique accommodation experience in Zhangjiajie. The cave setting alone makes it worth staying here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful stay and such warm hospitality! We had a really wonderful stay at Zhangjiajie Hidden Hills Villa. In fact, it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip to China. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. The room was spacious, very modern and equipped with automatic smart facilities, but what we loved most was the beautiful antique wooden design. The combination of traditional Chinese character with modern comfort was really charming and gave the room a very special feel. Joyce and her husband were incredibly warm and welcoming. They hosted a lovely tea session for us, and we also enjoyed trying Chinese calligraphy. These little experiences made our stay feel very personal and memorable. Joyce is also a qualified English-speaking tour guide, and she guided us to the different attractions herself. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, and it made exploring Zhangjiajie so much easier. The villa also provides free transfers to wherever we wanted to go, which was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of hassle. One evening, they arranged a BBQ for us by the mountainside. It was such a lovely experience — good food, beautiful scenery and great company. Definitely one of the memories we will take home with us. The breakfast was also very good, with fresh and tasty food to start our days. But honestly, what we appreciated most was the people. Joyce, her husband, family and friends were so kind and genuine. Their hospitality was far beyond what we expected, and we felt very comfortable from the beginning. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay. It didn't feel like we were simply staying at a hotel, it felt like we were visiting friends who went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time. Thank you, Joyce and everyone, for making our Zhangjiajie trip so memorable. We will definitely recommend Hidden Hills Villa to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie, and we hope to come back someday! ❤️ Highly recommended — 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An Absolutely Unforgettable Stay in Zhangjiajie This hotel is truly something special. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful design, peaceful atmosphere, and breathtaking natural surroundings. The photos simply do not do this place justice. Our room is spectacular — spacious, beautifully designed, and completely surrounded by nature. Waking up to panoramic forest views through the enormous windows and glass ceiling is an experience we will never forget. The bathtub overlooking the greenery, the beautiful pool and gardens, and all the thoughtful details throughout the property make it feel like a private luxury retreat hidden in the mountains. What has made our stay even more memorable is the hospitality. The staff have been incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. You can genuinely feel that they care about their guests and want to make sure everyone has a wonderful experience in Zhangjiajie. The location near the North Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is excellent. It gives you convenient access to the spectacular scenery of the park while still providing a peaceful and relaxing place to return to at the end of the day. We have travelled to many places around the world, and this is one of those rare hotels that becomes part of the travel experience itself rather than simply being somewhere to sleep. It is the kind of place you remember long after the trip is over. If you are visiting Zhangjiajie and are looking for somewhere beautiful, unique, peaceful, and memorable, we highly recommend staying here. You should definitely should ask for Cathrine…she is so sweet and helpful! 👍 A truly wonderful experience and easily one of the highlights of our trip to China. We are so happy we chose this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.
