The hotel is very nice, the room claean and comfortable, the located from the bus station also near, and strategy from Mall centre and restaurants around, but unfortunately i can’t get my include breakfast because already close at 10.30 and without any confirmation from me sinced i checked in, So with disappointment I missed my breakfast which I had already paid for when making the reservation.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed by the lack of assistance with our luggage, especially as two staff members observed us struggling. The hallway carpets also made navigating with bags quite challenging. However, the rooms themselves were lovely and clean. A standout experience was the breakfast staff, who were incredibly helpful; despite us arriving late, they still served us and even brought out juice after packing it up. Their exceptional service truly turned our experience around, and we left feeling happy, though the reception staff could certainly improve.

I had an amazing stay at Tryp by Wyndham Izmit! Everything from the location, cleanliness, service, to the facilities was excellent. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the pool and gym—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I stayed here with friends, and we all had a great time. This hotel truly made our trip unforgettable. I would definitely come back again if I visit this area in the future!

Excellent service, especially the one on the day we check out on 2/6/25 When we ask about the train station service and help us to call a taxi there, she did us even more to check out any vacancy on the train and help us to book the ticket. Sorry that I hadn’t ask for her name. Also the room equipped with washer which is a surprise. Big room size and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Burada ikinci kere konaklıyorum. İki deneyimimde de memnun ayrıldım. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Spa alanı temiz ve düzenli. Odalarda ihtiyaç duyulabilecek ürünler mevcut. Havlular ve nevresimler yeni ve yumuşak. Restoran ve bar servisinden de memnun kaldım. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Konumu sahile çok yakın olduğu için çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdim. Tekrardan tercih ederim.

Broken shower tap, water not draining in the shower tray. Had to change the room on the 2nd day. New room bathroom door was not closing so had to adjust the brackets myself because the screws were loose. One of the shower tray’s door was missing in the new room 🤔.

Wifi coverage. bad signal dropping out regularly, also having problem with wifi password log in. As it is now winter time, air con only provide heating. Room feel warm and stuffy, room lighting is also minimal with only three lamp shade and look dark.

2 gece konakladık. Temizlik iyiydi ama diş macunu, sıvı sabun vs gibi şeyler yoktu. 2 kişiye tek terlik koyulmus arayıp istedik fakat saat geç siz gelip alabilirsiniz biz gelemeyiz dendi. Sorunun kaynağı biz olmadığımız için inmedik. Restoran menüsü konaklama ücretine göre fazlaydı. Kahvaltısını çok beğendik. Genel olarak fiyatına göre memnun kaldık ama hizmet geliştirilmeli
