Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

We stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!

We arrived the hotel very early at 9am after disembarking from the NCL cruise and the hotel allowed early check in due to available room at no extra costs, much appreciated! The bed and pillow was also very comfortable, the room was very large compared to the hotel rooms near Pike's Place and it's about 15 mins walk to Pike's Place, great hotel!

We had a lovely stay - the room was very spacious, the bed and bathroom incredibly clean, easy check-in/out process - gentlemen on the front desk were both very helpful and friendly. It's conveniently located in walking distance to many restaurants/bars/shops/pubs. We would definitely recommend - and stay again!

This is a really nice place to stay if you want to be near Pike Market, space needle, shopping, light rail, and still be away from the crowds. Good service and clean rooms. We stay here each time we come through Seattle.
