แม้ว่าจะมีห้องน้ําและห้องสุขาอยู่ใต้ห้องโถง แต่ก็ยังสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยและสะดวกสบาย พนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดี พื้นที่สําหรับเครือข่ายที่ชั้นใต้ดินอาจเป็นอัญมณีที่ซ่อนอยู่ สําหรับราคาที่คุณจ่าย ห้องพักและความสะดวกสบายนั้นไม่มีใครเทียบได้

Not bad at all, although the location is a bit odd. Our view wasn’t the best, as there was an abandoned building behind us. Other than that, it was a very well-stayed place.

It was great stay , I spent one week at Courtyard and it was so clean and quite place ,the very nice Grace at reception did a great job selecting the best room to enjoy my stay with nice view of the lake . Friendly staff like Jimmy , Brad and others like bus drivers who made the stay feels warm and welcoming specially in Christmas holiday season . If I’m back for business I know where to stay now 😊

酒店還含了早餐出乎意料！而且早餐很好，有三文魚，水果也很豐盛，藍莓，草莓，青瓜哈密瓜，菠蘿！美式早餐很不錯👍👍附近去紐頓中心也很近，有家粵菜館也不錯，酒店後面有條河有皮划艇，離波士頓市區開車也不遠，算還不錯的酒店，價格不是很便宜，後來我住了伯靈頓的萬豪才知道差距，後者遠沒有早餐，但是房間非常新，設施完善，停車免費，前者停車每天10$左右，刷房卡進出

The hotel is new, clean and colourful. Nice to have hot chocolate drink upon check in. Coffee, tea, hot water, still water and sparkling water is available at lobby for self service 24/7. We had a nice morning walk to the nearby Revere Beach.

อัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพค่อนข้างสูง แต่ไม่มีสระว่ายน้ำหรือยิม และความรู้สึกโดยรวมก็อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เป็นโรงแรมเครือหนึ่ง ห้องพักกว้าง อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้ ห้องพักสะอาด ราคาถูก และมีเสียงดัง

โรงแรมติดทางด่วน ชั้น 10 เสียงดังไม่มาก บริการดีมาก ถึงไม่มีไมโครเวฟก็มีน้ำอุ่นที่ล็อบบี้ แอร์ไม่มี เสียง ผ้าปูที่นอนก็ดีแต่ผ้าห่มหนา ในเตียงคู่ต่างกันฉันเพิ่งรู้ในตอนเช้าว่าผ้าห่มของเด็กบางและฉันก็เป็นหวัดเล็กน้อย มีถนนเดินรถทางเดียวหน้าโรงแรมเมื่อผ่านสัญญาณไฟจราจรต้องใช้ถนนสายกลางเพื่อไปถึงโรงแรมอย่าใช้ถนนด้านซ้ายและตรงไปยังทางหลวง

I stayed in the Hampton Inn because of it's proximity to my doctors office. It was forecasted to snow and my doctor's appointment was absolutely necessary for me to receive my infusion of medication on schedule despite the forecasted snow. The service I received was good although it began with some confusion about my bill. My reservation was prepaid but it took a while to find this information in the hotel's computer system. I had a restful evening and got to my appointment in the morning without incident and for this I am grateful. There were a few issues that I think need to be addressed. First, ice was not available on each floor and there was no complimentary water in my room. I was disappointed with the unsatisfactory condition of the refrigerator and there was no recycling bin in my room. There was no handle or bar on the shower door to open the door after showering and there was no place to put my towel convenient to the shower stall once I was done. The toilet paper holder was awkward to use forcing me to remove the toilet paper from it and leave it on the sink. These issues are minor in nature but cumulatively they made my stay below average for the price I paid. It was not horrible and no part of my stay was compromised but I have stayed at other Hampton Inns that were exceptional, which is why I chose this one for this important stay. I did have a choice of a Marriot equidistant from my doctor's office. In the future, if I am in need of staying overnight convenient to my doctor's office, I will give the Marriot a chance. Thank you for your attention to these issues and I am hopeful that they are addressed to make the stay of other travelers exceptional.
