We arrived almost midnight! Smooth check in and check out. Staffs were excellent at service. Kind, helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job keeping the rooms and bathrooms super clean. Beds were so comfy till we couldn't wake up. We felt so good under the hot shower after a long flight. Location is perfect. Shuttle service is 24hrs to and fro LAX Airport. Ohh... Breakfast was simple yet delicious. Definitely worth it and we would return for longer stay. Highly recommended to everyone👍😁

When we first checked in, the front reception guy was not helpful at all! I had booked this hotel after looking at the photos of their type of room (King Bedroom) to ascertain that they had walk in showers as I have walking disability and using a walking cane. I did not want to risk climbing into a tub for my shower. He told me that there was no more walk in shower rooms available. So I then requested a room near by the elevator. Guess what? He gave me a room with a tub (Petite King Room) and it was at the end of the corridor! The last room!! Frsuted we went down again to the reception and he claimed that rooms with walk in showers were sold out. We then decided to speak tp the Front Office manager and another front desk staff: Danny. She was super helpful and saved my day! She took the rouble to look into the computer again and found that there were rooms on the newly renovated 5th floor that had walk in showers instead of tubs. And also just 3 rooms away from the elevators. Which mean the first guy (did not get his name) did not bother and had lied to me! This kind of guy should never be in the hospitality industry! Thank you Danny for your great service!!

น่าเสียดายที่แขกข้างบนฉันตื่นทั้งคืน ฉันมีเที่ยวบินตอน 7 โมงเช้า และดูเหมือนว่ามีงานเลี้ยงโสดหรืองานแต่งงานที่โรงแรม ผู้เข้าร่วมบางคนอยู่ในห้องเหนือฉัน พวกเขาตื่นถึงตี 4 ทําให้มีเสียงดัง ฉันชอบโรงแรมและทําเลที่ตั้งมาก ฉันเดินทางผ่านซานดิเอโกบ่อย และประสบการณ์โรงแรมที่นั่นก็เยี่ยมมาก เดาว่าฉันเลือกคืนผิด

I had a wonderful stay at the Maple Tree Inn for over ten days. The experience was consistently pleasant—from the clean, comfortable rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. One of the highlights was the fresh, great-tasting coffee available every day, which became part of my morning routine. Overall, the hotel provided a welcoming and reliable environment, making my extended stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. I would gladly return in the future.

จะดีกว่าถ้าคุณอาศัยอยู่ในห้องสวีทเพราะมีห้องครัวเพื่อความสะดวกและมีเตาอบสำหรับพิซซ่าและคุณยังสามารถทำพาสต้าได้อีกด้วย! ห้องน้ำมีคราบเลอะเป็นรอยปัสสาวะสุขอนามัยไม่ค่อยดี! สถานที่ตั้งยังใกล้กับซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตในเวลาประมาณ 5 นาที! ใช้เวลาเดินไปย่านธุรกิจประมาณ 20 นาที! ใช้เวลานั่งรถไฟใต้ดินประมาณ 15 นาที ซึ่งสะดวก แต่ไม่มีคนทำความสะอาดเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวทุกวันต้องเรียกคนมาจัดการ!

中午12點就給入住了，環境是真的一流。前台給我升級了房型 儘管是攜程訂的，這點好評。 設施：一流。這次最好的希爾頓設施了，樓下可以看落日，就在海邊。 衞生：乾淨衞生 酒店比較新 環境：美，酒店主要是會議商務為主 服務：早餐是套餐形式，小費自動計入賬單 大家注意 無需額外付款。
