Once again when I went to check in at 10pm the lobby was locked when it's supposed to be open 24 hours.

Small hairs all over shower, screaming lady literally until 7 in the morning. I called the front desk they said they dont have security but they'll go up and check, four hours later she was still screaming. I doubt they checked the situation. Would not recommend. I had my two babies with me i didnt sleep all night because i felt ao unsafe.

I didn't like being put in room that was not handicapped assessiable. Was put in double bed when I had reservation for 1 king bed, was told i would have to wait additional two hrs for a king bed if i still wanted one. I asked if i could extend my reservation for another day and was told i would have to cancel courrent reservation and start new since i went through a third party service. I declined and made another reservation at another facility. Would not return to them again.

Brand new room, very clean, no carpet is a plus! Room was on freeway side so unless you like white noise, I’d choose another side. A couple of minor inconveniences (TV not working, shower not working properly, dead ants) but not life altering, the cleanliness overall made it worth it

It is still under renovation and they seem to be doing a good job. Check in/out went very easily. Room was clean; I appreciated the roll-in shower even though I’m not disabled. The king-size bed had three small, square pillows; a fourth would have been great. I’d stay there again if in the area.

The room with king bed has a couch and was very roomy. Nicely upgraded room. Complete with small fridge. Would definitely rent again from here.

Super noisy location. We could hear the people above us yelling at 3am. Was conveniently located near highways and a Starbucks. Many food options nearby. Staff was poor. We had two beds and housekeeping only made one 3 out of 4 days of our stay. Left trash. Toilet paper holder broken and ignored. No water available due to a broken water machine. Just very poorly run.

Convenient location with many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Ivan checked us in. He was very thorough, making sure we knew where everything was and how to find our way to it. Free breakfast is always great. The renovated rooms were clean and cold. The beds were comfortable. The floor felt a bit dusty. We can hear when people walked by our room. I do appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly. I would stay here again for that reason. I will say that the pet relief area needs improvement. There was almost no grass and there were dry poop left behind. Overall, this hotel has good room rates and my family enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book here again.

Good location. Large room was adequate. Renovations ongoing one the outside.The hair dryer broke and was not replaced when reported. Breakfast was subpar even for 63117 motel.
