Good location ,priced nicely and overall very good

Staff is SUPER helpful. We had welcome drinks and they went though house with us. Breakfast is okay and Clarisse is such an amazing staff. She made sure to give us discounts on over 6-7 island activities + 360 camera parasailing experience. Definitely a recommend.

We stayed here for just one night, and honestly, it felt way too short. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and their food was great. I really wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel and its amenities because it definitely left a great impression. I’ll be looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time!

Who wouldn’t want that ? I have been to some hotels which are a bit more expensive but this hotel is super generous with their sanitary kit, they even provide toothbrush and shaving kit with cream and the packaging is beautiful, super presentable, I wish it to be a bit more eco-friendly though because everything is put in an individual packaging (box and plastic). I love the design of the cr sink (not shallow) . Hot and cold shower. Accommodating staff. Few walk away from the beach but tolerable distance.

The best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

We recently stayed at the Mirage Suites Hotel Boracay with our furbaby, and I must say that we had a good experience. The hotel is located in a prime location, just a few steps away from the beach, which made it perfect for taking my pet for a walk and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the island. One thing that really impressed me about this hotel is its pet-friendly policies. They allowed me to bring my dog into the room, which was spacious and comfortable enough for both of us. Overall, I would highly recommend the Mirage Suites Hotel Boracay to pet owners who are looking for a comfortable and pet-friendly place to stay in Boracay. The hotel's location, amenities, and friendly staff make it a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with your furbabies.
