Personnel très accueillant propre l acceuil magnifique

Terrible experience of trapped inside the hotel lift for half an hour before the hotel technician helped open the lift manually to get me and my spouse out. We were very upset that no apologies were given to us for such terrible ordeal! Especially, during the trapped period, there's complete darkness with no air-cond., or not much air circulation at all.

The location was fantastic, right by the La Loire and main Tram line to the North and South. Very helpful staff members and cosy, comfortable experience at the end of the day.

El único problema fue la limpieza del baño. Verdaderamente desagradable!! El resto de la habitación y del hotel estaba correcto. El personal muy atento. Por esa parte tienen todos los puntos. El desayuno muy bien también, bastante variado

Bonne expérience, hotel luxueux, ancien palais de justice, proche de la gare et visite du château. Nous sommes venus pour la piscine et hammam, vous serez heureux de ce choix ! Salle de jeux conviviale pour les familles, très bon accueil, merci. Nous reviendrons

ทำเลดี ที่จอดรถฟรี เหมาะสำหรับขับเอง คุ้มค่า เพียงแต่ว่าไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ คุณต้องพิจารณาเรื่องนี้เมื่อคุณเดินทางในฤดูร้อน โชคดีที่อากาศจะเย็นในตอนเช้าและเย็นซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับได้

ทําเล บริการ ความสะอาดดี เนื่องจากเป็นโรงแรมเก่า สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกไม่ค่อยดีแต่ก็ไม่สะดวก

我覺得挺好的，除了沒有空調，沒有吹風機，有一點不方便以外，其他其實都滿足了。位置特別好，圖爾火車站旁邊有個小門，走出來過個馬路轉個彎就到酒店了，離火車站近在咫尺，第二天早上也是出房間後五分鐘就到火車站站台上了。不僅去火車站方便，去圖爾大教堂，河邊也是走個20分鐘就到了，樓下還有輕軌🚈，位置很好。前台💁還挺熱情的，每次進出都會主動問號。房間很大，特別寬敞。還有熨斗，吸塵器，廚房裡有微波爐，烤箱，冰箱，連廚具都配好了特別齊全。衞生間也特別大。不足之處就是沒有空調，好在那兩天圖爾不熱，窗户🪟打開就很涼快，不會出汗。以及沒有吹風機，好在頭髮短，一會就幹了。
