Great location! Stayed here for several nights in July. The host was incredibly helpful—provided a list of nearby restaurants, assisted with my luggage up the stairs, and even went above and beyond to help me send a local parcel. They also kindly stored my large suitcase while I explored nearby cities. Overall a great experience!
Stayed at haloyon villa for 2 nights and i must say the service was excellent! Was assigned the ecological twin room which was facing a construction site for the 1st night and the construction works started at 6am in the morning. I requested for a quieter room the next and the staff gave a free upgrade to garden twin room. The resort area is very pretty and theres buggy service to bring you to the reception or breakfast place. Breakfast buffet spread was good with a very nice environment. The hotel also helped us to secure impression da hong pao show tickets at a cheaper price and got us really good seats that was just beside the VIP seating area. The hotel staff was also very thoughtful and prepared a box of tea leaves for us for the inconvenience caused from having to switch room. Will definitely stay here again if i come to wuyi the next time.
耳耳東氵罒幸一止Nanjing Tulou 1949, a modern setting hotel within a traditional earthen house. Definitely worth to stay, cuz their rooms are comfortable, facilities, staff services and amenities are highly commended. Their in house restaurant serves very good Five Spice Roll (五香条) that is a must try! In house dog Golden Retriever 小财always friendly and happy to be around guests! The whole environment of the hotel is beautifully setup for guests to relax, take photos and enjoy the coolness from the water pond in the middle. Location is also walking distance to sights but the hotel have free motorcycle available for guests to use. Will highly recommend this place for everyone and anyone who is visiting 田螺坑土楼景区.
BBaiMaWangziI traveled to Xiamen during the Chinese spring service with my dog and took a day trip to Kinmen Island, Taiwan, just off the coast.
This hotel was in fact an apartment building with several management companies renting out rooms on various floors. Overall the building was in a horrendous state of disrepair.
Initially, the front desk tried to put me into a room on the sixth floor which looked like a scene from a horror movie... Stains on floor, walls, dirt and garbage everywhere....I asked if this is the same room I booked and another female staff member moved me to the 9 th floor which was at least clean and updated, in the hall. The room was ok, and bed comfortable, but I've never stayed in a hotel that put sheets directly on the mattress without a minimal pad between... Luckily no bed bugs.
The room had 3 out of 8 working lightbulbs so it was very dark. The heater didn't warm up the room even at max level running all day.
Everything was old and dingy... Nothing like the photos
I had no TV or Internet service the first day until I asked for it to be repaired.
Overall, no maintenance is the problem.. But at least the woman at the front desk was helpful and kind
That only real redeeming quality of the room was the view... But the window was so dirty, it was mostly obscured.
ผผู้เข้าพักThis homestay is new, nice, clean and comfortable. The service is like a hotel. This homestay is located inside the Yunshuiyao scenic area, and so every guest needs to pay an entrance fee. The homestay can help to arrange a taxi to pick up from 南靖railway station to the homestay with a reasonable price.
If you like beautiful scenery, peaceful and relaxing environment, this is the right place as it’s away from the crowded village centre. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the village centre, ie the water wheel, old banyan tree, and souvenir shops, through a scenic route along the stream and under the shade of old trees. Trekking the cobblestone path gives you a good workout.
There’s a few tulou (earth buildings) within the scenic area but only 2 are open for public to visit. The others are private. Hegui lou is less than a minute’s walk from the homestay, passing by paddy fields, vegetable gardens and lotus field. You can literally see it from the homestay.
The homestay serves delicious local food. I had dinner twice and enjoyed tasting different dishes. Breakfast is simple and includes local produce, giving you a taste of village life. Also, the homestay serves tea from its own farm. I enjoyed tasting different tea.
Lastly, the staff 小凉is very friendly and good service.
