We had a wonderful time! Very convenient if you’re attending a concert or show at Rotterdam Ahoy, it’s right next to each other, with lots of parking space. Room was lovely, nice atmosphere in the bar and restaurant as well. Highly recommend!

Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay. It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.

Die Lage ist gut, nah am Zentrum. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Im Restaurant war die Sauberkeit schlecht. Am Buffet lagen Kabel und andere Dinge durcheinander. Der Blick beim Frühstück war unattraktiv. Die Kellner haben die Tische nur oberflächlich abgewischt. Das Buffet sah lieblos aus. Insgesamt okay zum Übernachten, aber für ein sauberes und angenehmes Frühstück ungeeignet.

The hotel was very clean and perfectly located in the city centre, making it easy to get around. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything was well organised and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

One of the cheapest in that region. But the house keeping service was not good. I stayed 11 nights, 3 of those days someone put the don’t disturb card on my door to avoid cleaning. On the passages there was spiders nest. But other personals at the reception was very helpful and nice.

Het personeel is vriendelijk. De kamer keurig in orde. Koffie en thee op de kamer. Goede bedden, twee stoeltjes en een bureau. Van tevoren had ik gevraagd of er plaats was om onze fietsen waarop we gekomen waren, binnen konden zetten. Daar had ik geen antwoord op gekregen. Er bleek geen enkele mogelijkheid te zijn om de fietsen 's nachts binnen te zetten. We hebben ze dus buiten voor het hotel met drie sloten aan elkaar vast gemaakt. De volgende ochtend bleek dat onze fietstasjes met gereedschap en reparatie materiaal waren opengemaakt en de spullen op de grond gegooid. Onze ervaring in andere hotels is, dat er altijd wel een plekje te vinden is voor twee fietsen die de volgende ochtend weer weg zijn, denk aan een vergaderzaaltje, opslagruimte of op de kamer van de gast zelf. Jammer, een gemiste kans.
