A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and completely free from any unpleasant smells. The housekeeping team does an excellent job maintaining the rooms and common areas. The bed was very comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep during my trip. The hotel manager and staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Most of the staff speak English, making communication easy. Even for those who speak limited English, they always try their best to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of options to enjoy during my stay. I would also like to compliment the security guards, who were very friendly, and made me feel safe throughout my visit. The location is another big advantage. There are many shops, restaurants, hair saloon and banks within walking distance, making everything very convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience. Clean rooms is the best, great food, excellent service, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

It’s a new property so very neat and clean. Restaurant food is also delicious with big portion size. Only drawback, in our one room window was closed so there was no view hence it was little suffocating though room size was big.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Manor! The service was excellent and up to the mark. The evening tea and breakfast were both amazing. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The view from the hotel rooftop is absolutely mesmerizing — it gives you such positive and relaxing vibes with a perfect chill atmosphere. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team thoughtfully arranged a small complimentary room decoration ***** with a cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our experience even more special. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Jaypee Manor and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing trip.
