Very friendly employees. Located next to a shopping mall but still a distance to the city. 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and neat but not soundproof. You can hear people next door or upstair. Not really disturbing. Great mountain, pool and city view.

The staff here are lovely - very friendly and welcoming. They arranged a taxi to the next town for me and made sure I departed safely. The room has everything you need - kettle, bathroom, WiFi. It is clean, comfortable and safe. The hotel is attached to the mall so very convenient for restaurants and shops. It is only 2km from the airport. I would say it is great for a short stay and I will definitely come back. My only ”complaint” is that the water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong. Apart from that, everything was fine 🙂

The hotel has a very good sense of design, which shows that the hotel has a very good taste. The service is particularly good and it is very clean. It is worth recommending. Overall, I am very satisfied. The price is also very affordable. Recommended

Mushola atau suraunye tak ada pembatas untuk kaum lelaki dan perempuan harap di tingkatkan.room service .tanpa izin atau pemberitahuan saat kami tidak didalam hotel sedikit tidak nyaman harap diperbaruhi.terimakasih

นี่เป็นโรงแรมที่ดี แต่น่าเสียดายที่มันมีเสียงดังมาก ควรมีสัญญาณว่ามีเวลาที่เงียบสงบ แขกคนอื่น ๆ จํานวนมากส่งเสียงดังในทางเดินตลอดทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน WiFi ดีมากและร้านอาหารก็สะดวกมาก

การเช็คอินใช้เวลานาน พนักงานต้อนรับทำงานโดยไม่สนใจคนที่รอ การระบายน้ำไม่ดีในห้องอาบน้ำ น้ำร้อนออกมาแต่อุณหภูมิต่ำนิดหน่อยและแรงดันน้ำอ่อน พนักงานที่เลานจ์ริมสระว่ายน้ำเป็นกันเองและน่าพอใจมาก

Good recommendations from a friend living in PnK. Hotel meets my expectations & experience with the girl is fantastic. Friendly & helpful Staff very customer focused. Location is good next to the Ayani mall. No complaints. Definitely will choose the hotel for my next stay.
