Hôtel pour transit, situé dans une zone commerciale peu attirante. Il n'y a que 2 ascenseurs pour un grand nombre de chambres. La chambre est très confortable et accueillante. Le problème s'est posé pour le petit déjeuner : si on ne veut prendre qu'un croissant (tout le monde ne nécessite pas un grand buffet pour son petit déjeuner), il faut payer 12€ et accéder au buffet. Alors que celui-ci est placé à quelques mètres, il est impossible au personnel du bar d'aller y chercher un croissant car ”c'est séparé”. Je n'ai jamais vu une telle absurdité. Nous n'avons pu prendre qu'un café dont le prix était d'ailleurs, très élevé. Le réceptionniste de nuit était particulièrement sympathique mais l'enregistrement a duré très longtemps alors que nous étions les seuls à arriver à ce moment.

Excellent hotel. Great staff. Great room. Well soundproofed, black out curtains and air-con that actually gets cool and hot enough, which is rare in hotels these days. The cosy room was bigger than expected and plenty big enough for a couple.

Buen sitio para alojarse unos días, bien ubicado para moverse andando por la ciudad, habitaciones limpias y cómodas con todo lo necesario. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Tener en cuenta late check out, a las 12!

Gran hotel tanto por su ubicación como por sus servicios. El personal de la recepción super agradable y el personal de limpieza igualmente. El desayuno buffet muy variado con unos productos locales de calidad. Repetiremos seguro en nuestra próxima visita a Durango.

Buena atención, amabilidad del personal, esta fácil de llegar, con servicios de restauración cercanos. Por poner un pero no había en el baño algún elemento de jabón o similar salvo el jabón con dosificador. Espaciosa la habitación. Confortable. Acceso a la wifi y uso de ordenadores en la sala central, buen detalle. De hecho ya estuve alojado hace un tiempo. Me gusta mucho la zona, para andar , hacer monte.....

Very good breakfast # central but quiet at night# single room can be tight but nicely furnished # was taken by surprise when checking out was told I had to pay as I had a voucher which stated I had paid # strange that some receptionists don't do their job well and check the details # left you a sour face

Decent budget option with reasonable facilities. The neighbourhood can be a little noisy at night and what a terrible choice to put in those extremely loud beeping room entry systems! You can hear everybody come and go!

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ง่ายต่อการเข้าถึงสถานีขนส่งซึ่งคุณสามารถหารถประจําทางไปยังซานเซบาสเตียน ซานตานเดอร์ และสนามบิน โรงแรมยังอยู่ใกล้กับสนามกีฬา ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่และสะอาด แต่เราไม่มีแชมพูในวันแรก ดูเหมือนว่าพวกเขาไม่ได้เติมแชมพูก่อนเช็คอิน การออกแบบห้องค่อนข้างแปลกสําหรับเราห้องอาบน้ํา & อ่างล้างหน้าแยกจากโถส้วม นอกจากนี้ห้องอาบน้ําอยู่ติดกับเตียงซึ่งไม่มีประตูและกระจกใสอย่างเต็มที่
