The location is excellent and very easy to access, making this one of the best hotels in town. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. The amenities were only complete on the first night; on the following nights, they were not replenished. The bed sheets and towels were also no longer suitable for a 4-star hotel standard.

Since I look like a beggar, the manager said I don't get window room. And,showed caption saying standard room no windows. Ask me to pay extra for deluxe room. i showed with my screenshot no such caption and photos and my request sent fir window room. Translator was not effective so I had to raise my voice in English and even higher using specific Indonesia words. A windowless room dame pooped her face out of her room. He yeilded. The best small room, I suppose an off-seeason availability. Even had local TV channels, tea kettle, hot shower. Clean clean clean.

I had a wonderful stay at O R 44 Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed. The hotel is also in an excellent location, making it very convenient to travel around and access nearby places. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend ABC Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Pelayanannya overall sudah bagus, tapi untuk resepsionisnya (pr) y gmelayani kami saat cekin kurang ramah, untuk kamar 301 toiletnya mampet🥺🥲karena gg bisa di gunakan paksa pake toilet umum padahal bawa bayi, frist time working gg banget🥺🥺

Great stay near the city center, location was almost perfect, room was pretty spacious and clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was ok, water pressure was strong and water heater worked well.

Hotelnya sebenarnya nyaman, cm ga nyaman aja pas jam makan sarapan, rame membludak kek rebutan sembako, telat turun dr kamar dikit dr jam 8-an aku sering ga dapat sarapan malahan. Mana bayar mahal tapi ga sesuai ekspektasi

Bagus nyaman, namun kami dapat kamar yg ada tiang listrik di dalam kamar, dan wc nya masi bau pipis

Kebersihan, kenyamanan dan kepuasan sangat baik  Recomen bagi yang mau trip ke bengkulu dari luar provinsi dll.

บรรยากาศโรงแรมดี สะดวกสบาย สะอาด เงียบสงบ ทําเลดี ติดถนนใหญ่ อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย ลานจอดรถกว้าง มี ATM BNI หน้าโรงแรม สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก ข้อเสียคือ ลิฟต์ ขึ้นลง ชั้นบน ลง , ไม่มีสบู่อาบน้ํา ไม่แนะนําให้นํากลุ่มครอบครัวที่มีผู้สูงอายุมาที่โรงแรมนี้ เพราะการขึ้นและลงโรงแรมยังคงใช้บันไดแบบแมนนวล โดยรวมแล้วโอเค ☺️
